Nach dem Turnier laden wir zum gemeinsamen Plaudern & Essen in die Gilead Vereinsräumlichkeiten ein. Der Plan wäre es gemeinsam etwas zu essen zu bestellen und den Abend gemütlich bei Bier / Wein / Apfelsaft ausklingen zu lassen.

Armeelisten & Finanzielles
Der Captain des jeweiligen Teams ist für die Überweisung des Turnierbetrages und das rechtzeitige Einsenden der Armeelisten verantwortlich. Einsendeschluss für den Turnierbeitrag ist der 22.12.2017 24:00Uhr, für die Armeelisten der 29.12.2017 um 12:00Uhr. Die Armeelisten sind als PDF benannt nach dem Team an

gtt.gilead[ÄT]gmx.at

einzusenden. Im Anschluss werden alle Listen am 30.12.2017 in der Festung ( http://www.diefestung.com/forum/index.php/Board/472-9th-Age/ ) veröffentlicht. Das gesammelte Einsenden der Listen, dh. ein Email pro Team, soll uns helfen Zuordnungsprobleme zu vermeiden. Nachdem ich davon ausgehe, dass wir alle vernünftig sind, bin ich mir sicher, dass jedes Team es schafft rechtzeitig die Listen ein zu senden und das Turnierstartgeld zu überweisen.

Das Turnierstartgeld (35€ /30€ für Gilead Mitglieder und Spieler die von außerhalb Österreichs anreisen) ist ebenfalls bis spätestens 22.12.2017 24:00 Uhr zu überweisen. Hier bitten wir die Teams inständig gesammelt zu überweisen, da einfach sehr schnell die Übersicht verloren geht. Im Feld für den Verwendungszweck / Kommentar tragt bitte GTT+Teamname ein.

Im Startgeld ist die kulinarische Verpflegung für beide Tage (Sa/So zu Mittag) inkludiert.

Bankverbindung: Wird via Email bekannt gegeben

Die Zahlung des Turnierbeitrages in bar vor Ort ist explizit nicht erwünscht - im Zeitalter des Netbankings traue ich es jedem Team zu fristgerecht zu überweisen, da ihr euch mit Sicherheit schon denken könnt, dass wir im Vorfeld einige Auslagen haben (Preise / Location / etc.).

Afterwards there will be the possibility for a joint strolling through the city, further games at the Club and for having dinner in the town. The orga will host a meet & greet for all players who are interested in connecting to the Austrian tabletop community. We will offer the possibility to order food directly to the club (directly at the venue) and will sell low-priced beverages on site.

Army Lists and Entry Fee
The Captain of his team is responsible to pay for his entire team and to mail the army lists in time. The deadline for the entry fee is on Monday 22.12.2017 24:00, for the army lists on Tuesday 29.12.2017 12:00. The army lists have to be converted to a PDF and have to be send to the following email address:

Afterwards, all lists will get published on the 30.12.2017 at "Die Festung" (Link:http://www.diefestung.com/forum/index.php/Board/472-9th-Age/ ). We ask you kindly to send only one email containing the lists (ideal in one document) to us, since it would help us to avoid confusion and minimizes the organizational effort needed.

The entry fee is 35€ (30€ for Gilead Club members and for players who are travelling from outside Austria to the event) and has to be transferred due to 22.12.2017 24:00 to the following bank account: Account data will be provided via Email.

Please make only one bank transfer per team to minimize our organisational efforts. The payment of the tournament entry fee directly at the location is undesired - we are of the opinion that in times of netbanking it has to be possible to transfer the fees ahead of time. Furthermore this helps us to estimate the attendance, needed food and price pool - expenses that have to be made before the tournament.
