X-Wing Store Championship L'Autre Monde - Information and Rules

Dear X-Wing Players,

L'Autre Monde is happy to announce his third X-Wing Store Championship Tournament

Come and Join us to battle with your squadron is the Star Wars Universe to rule/free the galaxy or just for the fun of it!

Here are the details of the Tournament:

When : Sunday 06/03

Where: L'Autre Monde 20 rue Hors Chateau 4000 Liege

24 players maximum

Doors : 10:00
Start : 11:00

Judge/TO : Olivier Genin & Joffrey Collard

This tournament will be a standard 100pt and is played using the rules provided in the X-Wing core game
rulebook and FAQ, both of which may be downloaded from the X-Wing Support page at any time.

According to the rulespack the tournament is considered a "Competitive" event.

Tournament Structure:

The Tournament will consist of 75 minute game rounds.
If a round reaches the time limit and players are still playing, they finish the current game round before ending the game.
There will be 5 rounds, working with a Swiss system. No cuts will be made.
All current X-Wing expansions from Fantasy Flight Games are legal.
All players must have a written squadron list, including all ships, pilots, upgrades and Asteroids and/or Debris Fields.
Also note wich damage deck you will be using (old or new).

Players are expected to bring with them all materials they will need for battle.
If you have a gaming playmat, you can bring it with you also.

Preregistrations:

A. Preregistration will only be valid via the TableTopTournament website.
B. 1. Players must also send their squad list using a valid URL link to an online squadron builder.
Lists must be sent to info@autre-monde.be before Friday the 4th of March
B. 2. Squad list must be sent no later than 4th March to the organisers, including if you are on the waiting list.
B.3. Non compliance with these instructions will result in an invalid registration:
(i) the player will first be relegated at the bottom of the waiting list,
(ii) if the player still has a valid place at the tournament, the first game will be counted as a loss.

Registration on the day:

You must have completed your registration on the premises before 10.45am.
Failure to do so will result in your first game to be counted as a loss.

Remember : No Access to Tournament without Pre Registration!!

Prizes:

For 8 Players
Champion: The winner receives a Store Championship plaque and a card granting one first-round bye at a Regional Championship of the player’s choice.
Top Four: The top four players each receive one challenge coin
Top Eight: The top eight players each receive one acrylic range ruler
Top Thirty-Two: The top thirty-two players each receive one C-3PO alternate art card
+ other goodies

For 12 Players: Same kit as for 8 Players but with the additional prizing below
