Völkerschlacht reloaded - Road to WTC - Tournament Schedule and Scoring

Formalities:
- The tournament will run up to 5 rounds, depending on starting participants.
- The tournament is played with 1-2 lists with 100 pts. each, according to Steamroller 2025.
- The scenarios played will be determined during the tournament.
- Time: 60 min personal play time with Death Clock.
- Proxy models are allowed provided the original model is brought along to the tournament. If required by the opponent the original model has to be used. Exceptions from this ruling need clearance from the tournament organisers.
Official proxy models (e.g. MiniCrate or similar) are exempt from this ruling.

Day 1
From 11:00 - facilities open
From 11:30 - registration
11:45 bis 11:50 - welcoming and announcement of the first round
12:00 bis 14:00 - round 1
14:00 bis 14:45 - lunch break
14:45 bis 16:45 - round 2
17:00 bis 19:00 - round 3
19:00 bis 23:00 - open playing

Day 2
From 9:00 - facilities open
From 9:30 - registration
10:00 - 12:00 - round 4
12:00 - 12:45 - lunch break
12:45 - 14:45 - round 5
From 15:00 Uhr - victory ceremony

Food & Beverages:
We will offer you drinks and snacks on site to a decent price. For lunch break we will offer a cooked meal which is charged separately. There are 3 supermarkets and a few take-aways close by for anyone who likes to buy their own food.

Starting Fee & Payment:
The starting fee for this tournament is 45€ (late payment after 8. September: 60€) and is due to 8. September 2025 via Paypal to kassenwart@tabletopsachsen.de or via bank transfer to:

Slots are not transmittable!

If the tournament is fully booked and we receive further payments you will be refunded. Please check the availability of free slots before your payment.
If you drop out up to to 8. September you will be refunded. If you drop out after the deadline or you don't show up on the day of the tournament you will not be refunded.
Payment of your starting fee will be understood as acceptance of these terms.

Should we have to cancel the tournament for any reason you will, of course, be refunded.

It is possible to pay the starting fee on site before the first round begins but you will have to pay the late payment fee (60€).

Privacy Policy

Payment of the starting fee will be understood as acceptance of our privacy policy.
If anyone does not wish to be taken pictures or videos of, please notify us in advance via mail or approach us before the start of the tournament.
