Bavarian Breakout I im DeckandDice München - Information and Rules

Das Bavarian Breakout ist mein persönlicher Versuch wind in die Münchner Kill Team Community zu bringen.
Ich weiß es gibt euch Kill Team Spieler im Raum München und deswegen möchte ich euch die Möglichkeit geben, dass ihr euch alle mal an einem Ort versammeln könnt!

Kurz zusammengefasst nochmal hier:
Location: Deck and Dice München (nahe Ostbahnhof, Parkplätze verfügbar in der Tiefgarage des Toom Baumarkt nebenan)
Startgebühr: 25€
Turnierformat: 3 Runden Swiss (auf Volkus und Gallowdark)
Verpflegung: Speisen und Getränke können mitgebracht werden, aber es gibt die Option Getränke vor Ort zu erwerben und zum Mittag gemeinschaftlich Pizza zu bestellen

Turnier Ablauf:
9.00-10.00 : Einlass

10.00-10.15 : Begrüßung und Turniererklärung

10.15-12.30: Runde 1

12.30-13.30: Mittagspause (mit Best Painted Contest)

13.30-15.45: Runde 2

15.45-18.00: Runde 3

18.00-18.30: Siegerehrung und Preisverleihung

Maximale Teilnehmeranzahl ist aktuell 18, aber je nach Anmeldungen kann sich diese Anzahl nach oben oder unten verschieben. Deswegen bitte ich euch um frühzeitige und fleißige Anmeldungen, damit ich abschätzen kann wie viel Gelände wir brauchen. Bei einer Teilnehmerzahl von min. 8 Leuten wird das Turnier stattfinden.

The Bavarian Breakout is my personal attempt to bring wind into the Munich Kill Team community.
I know there are Kill Team players in the Munich area and that's why I want to give you all the opportunity to gather in one place!

Briefly summarised here again:
Location: Deck and Dice Munich (near Ostbahnhof, parking available in the underground car park of Toom Baumarkt next door)
Entry fee: 25€
Tournament format: 3 rounds Swiss (on Volkus and Gallowdark)
Catering: Food and drinks can be brought along, but there is the option to buy drinks on site and order pizza together for lunch

Tournament schedule:
9.00-10.00 : Admission

10.00-10.15 : Welcome and tournament explanation

10.15-12.30: Round 1

12.30-13.30: Lunch break (with Best Painted Contest)

13.30-15.45: Round 2

15.45-18.00: Round 3

18.00-18.30: Award ceremony and prize-giving

The maximum number of participants is currently 18, but depending on the number of registrations, this number may increase or decrease. I would therefore ask you to register early and diligently so that I can estimate how much space we will need. The tournament will take place if there are at least 8 participants.
