Mit dem Überweisen der Startgebühr, ist euer Startplatz fest, hier gilt das Windhund-Prinzip. Wer zuerst kommt mahlt zuerst.

WICHTIG:

Wir bitten um euer Verständnis, dass eine Rückerstattung der Startgebühr nur bei einer Absage bis 7 Tage vor dem Turnier möglich ist. Einen Tausch mit einem anderen Spieler ist natürlich jederzeit möglich.
Sollte jemand bezahlt haben und auf der Warteliste sein, wird bei Nichtteilnahme natürlich das gezahlte Geld komplett erstattet.

Essen und Trinken:
In unserer Essensflat ist folgendes enthalten:
- Morgens: belegte Brötchen.
- Warmes: Mittagessen. (in der Regel Chili)
- Nachmittags: Kuchen.

Getränke haben wir zum schmalen Kurs vor Ort. 0,5L Softdrinks (Cola, Wasser, 0,33 Energiedrink, etc.) für 50 Cent, pro Flasche/Dose. Und für die Koffeinfraktion gibt es eine Kaffeeflat für 2€.

Solltet ihr Vegetarier/Veganer sein, meldet euch bitte im Vorfeld. Auch für euch bereiten wir gerne etwas vor.

Please use "Send money to friends", with the note in the transfer:
"9th Scheunenkeilerei + T3 - Nickname".
With the transfer of the starting fee, your starting place is fixed. Here is the first come first served principle.



IMPORTANT:

We ask for your understanding that a refund of the entry fee is only possible in case of a cancellation up to 7 days before the tournament. An exchange with another player is of course possible at any time.

If someone has paid and is on the waiting list, they will of course get their money back completely in case of non-participation.



Food and drink:

Our meal flat rate includes the following:

- Sandwiches in the morning.
- Hot lunch. (usually chili)
- Cake in the afternoon.



Drinks we have for a small price on site. 0.5L soft drinks (Coke, water, 0.33 energy drink, etc.) for 50 cents, per bottle/can. And for the caffeine fraction there is a coffee flat for 2€.



If you are vegetarian/vegan, please let us know in advance. We are happy to prepare something for you, as well.

Please note that we do not have a "real" heater, but work with a heating cannon at cooler temperatures. This makes it very fast, very warm. But thick socks and a sweater still cannot hurt. :)
