Registration
You have to register at the t3 tournament site (link) and you have to submit your list via the companion app. The tournament code is 8byunYw5El
We use the t3 website for the communication with the participants. So please update your E-mailadress. The calculation of tournament points is made with the Mantic companion app.
You have to register until the 5th of May due to organizing things.
The 5th of May is also the deadline for sending me the registration fee. Please use Paypal (or a friend’s Paypal) fia@htlwrn.ac.at. Contact me for other payment options. The money can’t be given back: the money will be invested in the prices and for building up the Katzelsdorfer wargaming community.

Tournament Rules
Your final placing is determined at the end of game 3, according to the following criteria:
• The first criteria is most wins.
• In the case of players having the same wins, the next criterion is most scenario points, followed by most routed points.

Army construction
• Your 1995-point army, mounted on appropriately sized unit bases, ideally fully painted
• Armies must be composed using the new composition rules in the Kings of War Version 3 rulebook/Mantic companion
• ALLIES ARE NOT PERMITTED

Scenarios
Scenarios will be released on the day but will represent a mix of objective and board control scenarios.

Time length
The time allocated for each game includes 150 minutes for the game itself. If your game has gone overtime the TO may decide to call your current turn the last turn.

12:15-12:45 museum tour
12:45-15:15 2nd round
15:30-18:00 3rd round
18:15-18:30 Award ceremony
18:30-19:00 Clean up the event side together
19:00- ?? dinner together at the local Greek restaurant

Best painted
During the lunch break everyone can set up their army for a vote. The participants can give points for the best painted army.
