Bitte per PayPal (Bitte an Freunde und Familie senden) an: drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de unter dem Betreff ASOIAF DM T3-Name angeben. Es gilt: first come, first serve. Sind alle 64 Startplätze belegt, würdet ihr nach Zahlungseingang sortiert einen Platz auf der Warteliste erhalten, um ggf. ausfallende oder abspringende Spieler zu ersetzen. Sollte dies nicht gewünscht sein, würde das Geld zurück erstattet.

1. Regeln/Ablauf
- Es gilt die zum Zeitpunkt der Meisterschaft aktuelle Version des Spiels.
- Es werden sieben Spiele über zwei Tage gespielt. Am ersten Tag vier, am zweiten Tag drei.
- Paarungen und Bewertung erfolgen auf Basis des Schweizer Systems.
- Es gibt keinen Top Cut.
- Gespielt wird mit von den Spielern gewähltem Gelände.

3. Listen
- 40 Punkte, zwei Listen
- Alle zum Zeitpunkt der Meisterschaft in der War Council App zu findenden Einheiten sind erlaubt.
- Die Listen müssen bei ASOIAF-Stats bis zum 19.11., 23:59h, hochgeladen werden. Anschließend werden die Listen geschlossen.

4. Materialien
Jeder Spieler ist dafür verantwortlich, sein eigenes Spielmaterial mitzubringen. Die Turnierleitung wird keine Materialien vor Ort stellen. Mitzubringen sind:
- Die Armee, bestehend aus offiziellen Miniaturen des ASOIAF TMG gemäß Organized Play Regeln von CMON.
- Gelände entsprechend den Einzelspieler Starterboxen. Hier ist zu beachten, dass die gängigen Neopren-Alternativen von Drittanbietern in einigen Fällen von den vorgegebenen Größen abweichen, da sie sich an dem Gelände der Zwei-Spieler-Starterbox orientieren. Sollte dieses Gelände genutzt werden, ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dies vorher mit dem Gegner klar zu kommunizieren.
- Eigene Messutensilien.
- Aktuelle Taktikkarten. Hier ist zu beachten, dass alle Taktikkarten der aktuellen Regelversion des Spiels entsprechen und, falls keine offizielle physische Version der entsprechenden Karten existiert, ausgedruckt werden müssen. Verwendet hierzu bitte nur die folgenden, offiziellen Dokumente von CMON: https://asoiaf.cmon.com/docs
- Klar lesbare Würfel. Das Würfelergebnis muss grundsätzlich deutlich erkennbar sein. Es empfehlen sich einfache sechsseitige Würfel – mit ggf. einem Sondersymbol für z.B. die sechs.
- Ausdruck beider Armeelisten, exportiert aus entweder der War Council App oder der Webseite builder.asoiaf.fr.
Nichtberücksichtigung der o.g. Vorgaben kann zur Disqualifikation führen.

5. FAQ
Analog zu anderen nationalen Meisterschaften wird auch für die Deutsche Meisterschaft ein eigenes FAQ erstellt. Im Zuge dessen wird die Community einbezogen und gebeten, offene Fragen und unklare Regelinteraktionen im Kanal der Deutschen Meisterschaft (https://discord.gg/ayxq664BCR) zu sammeln und mit dem Tag @Deutsche Meisterschaft – FAQ zu versehen. Hierbei wird indes zunächst der angekündigte Patch von CMON abgewartet.
Perspektivisch wird ein Enddatum hinsichtlich der Fertigstellung des FAQ gesetzt, voraussichtlich zwei Wochen vor der Meisterschaft. Die im FAQ festgelegten Entscheidungen sind für das Turnier bindend. Weitere Infos folgen. UPDATE (30.10.23): Das FAQ wird am 19.11. finalisiert und den Teilnehmern zugänglich gemacht!

6. Preissupport
Infos zum Umfang des Preissupports folgen. Neben Preisen für die bestplatzierten Spieler wird die bestbemalte Armee gekürt.

7. Verpflegung
In den Räumlichkeiten der Drunken Dwarfs können Getränke (Softdrinks, Wasser, Bier, Kaffee) erworben werden, entweder einzeln oder im Rahmen einer Flat. Optionen für ein Mittagessen sind in nächster Umgebung zahlreich zu finden, Informationen folgen.

8. Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung zur Meisterschaft muss über sowohl T3 als auch ASOIAF-Stats erfolgen (https://asoiaf-stats.com/tournament/8ec8cc30-3121-11ee-9c17-39b487fbbfe4). Die Bezahlung wird über T3 abgewickelt, die Bestätigung der Anmeldung nach Zahlungseingang dort gilt als Berechtigung zur Teilnahme an der Meisterschaft.

- Pairings and scoring will be based on the Swiss system.
- There is no top cut.
- Games will be played with terrain chosen by the players.

3. Lists
- 40 points, two lists
- All units found in the War Council App at the time of the championship are allowed.
- Lists must be uploaded to ASOIAF Stats by 11/19, 23:59h. After that, the lists will be locked.



4. What to bring
Each player is responsible for bringing everything needed for the game. The tournament organizers will not provide anything on site. It is necessary to bring:
- Your armies consisting of official miniatures of the ASOIAF TMG according to Organized Play rules of CMON.
- Terrain corresponding to the single player starter boxes. It should be noted here that most third-party neoprene alternatives may in some cases deviate from the specified sizes, as they are based on the terrain of the two-player starter box. If this terrain is to be used, it is imperative to clearly communicate this with the opponent in advance.
- Own measuring utensils.
- Current tactics cards. Here it is important to note that all tactics cards must conform to the current rules version of the game and, if no official physical version of the corresponding cards exists, must be printed out. Please use only the following official documents from CMON: https://asoiaf.cmon.com/docs.
- Clearly legible dice. The dice result must always be clearly visible. Simple six-sided dice are recommended - with a special symbol for e.g. the six if necessary.
- Printout of both army lists, exported from either the War Council App or the builder.asoiaf.fr website.
Failure to comply with the above may result in disqualification.

5. FAQ
Analogous to other national championships, a separate FAQ will be created for the German Championship. In the course of this, the community will be involved and asked to collect open questions and unclear rule interactions in the channel of the German Championship (https://discord.gg/ayxq664BCR) and to tag it @Deutsche Meisterschaft - FAQ. However, we will wait for the announced patch from CMON.
The plan is to set an end date for finalizing the FAQ, probably two weeks before the championship. The decisions made in the FAQ are mandatory for the tournament. Further information will follow.
UPDATE (Oct 30, 2023): The FAQ will be finished on Nov 19, 2023!

6. price support
Info on the scope of the prize support will follow. Besides prizes for the best placed players, the best painted army will be awarded.

7. catering
Drinks (soft drinks, water, beer, coffee) can be purchased on the Drunken Dwarfs premises, either individually or as part of a flat. Options for lunch are plentiful in the immediate area, information to follow.

8. registration
Registration for the championship must be done through both T3 and ASOIAF Stats (https://asoiaf-stats.com/tournament/8ec8cc30-3121-11ee-9c17-39b487fbbfe4). Payment will be processed through T3.
