RÈGLEMENT DU TOURNOI : Fantasy in the Tavern

1. Généralités
a) Frais de participation : 20.-
b) Remise des listes : avant le 3 avril 2023, 23h59 sur New recruit https://www.newrecruit.eu/app/tournydetails?id=641c91397c539516b46c15d0
c) Lieu et date du tournoi : War-Tavern, le samedi 8 avril
d) Tournoi en 3 parties (3x20pts) avec note de peinture (10pts) : Classement sur 70 pts.
e) En cas de joueur impair, le dernier inscrit ne joue pas la 1ère, puis le dernier du classement ppir la seconde et la 3eme (maximum une game non jouée par personne) crédit de 13 pts pour le joueur off.

2. Horaires
a) Arrivée 9h00 (les joueurs manquants à l'appel verront le score de leur première partie fixée à 0-20)
b) Première partie 09h00-12h00
c) Deuxième partie 12h00-15h00
d) Troisième partie 15h00-18h00
e) Classement final, remise des prix et rangement

3. Format et Listes
a) 4'500 pts
b) Derniers LA officiels en date.
c) Liste à poster sur la page NewRecruit du tournoi avant la deadline ci-dessus
d) Supplément alternatif Géants accepté

4. Ronde et résultats
a) 3 rondes suisses
r1 : Secure Target + Dawn assault
r2 : King of the Hill + Refused Flank
r3 : Spoils of War + Frontline clash
b) La première ronde peut être un défi arrangé entre deux participants (prévenir à l’avance des défis !)
c) Les rondes 2 et 3 seront faites en ronde suisse via new recruit.
d) Points de victoire selon livre de règles (0-17 + scénario 3 pts)

5. Points de Peinture (Total max. : 10 pts, vérification par les organisateurs)
a) Armée peinte, homogène + socles travaillés = 10pts
b) Unité empruntée / non homogène (-1pts par entrée non homogène)
C) Unité pas peinte (-2 pts par entrée non peinte ou non finie)

6. Classements et prix
a) Classement sur 70 pts (60 max pour les games, 10 max pour la peinture)
b) Prix pour les 3 premiers du classement général
c) Prix pour la plus belle armée*
d) Prix pour la plus belle unité*
e) Prix pour la plus belle pièce (perso/monstre/etc) *

*Ces prix sont des coups de cœur, remis sur des critères totalement subjectifs, par la Team WarTavern. Les Pot-de-vin chocolatés sont évidemment acceptés malgré leurs inefficiences.


TOURNAMENT RULES: WAR TAVERN APRIL BASH

1. General
a) Participation fee: 20.-)
b) Submission of lists: before April 3, 2023, 11:59 p.m. on new recruit
c) Place and date of the tournament: War-Tavern, Saturday 8th April
d) Tournament in 3 games (3x20pts) with painting score (10pts): Ranking out of 70pts.
e) In the event of an odd player, the last Who submited the inscription on T3 will not play the 1st round, then the last of the ranking will not play the 2nd and third (max one unplayed round).

2. Schedules
a) Arrival 9:00 a.m. (players missing will have their first game score set at 0-20)
b) First part 09:00-12:00
c) Second part 12:00-3:00 p.m.
d) Third part 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
e) Final classification, prizes and ranking

3. Format and Lists
a) 4,500 points
b) Last official army books to date
c) List to be posted on the NewRecruit page of the tournament before the above deadline
d) Giants alternative supplement accepted

4. Round and results
a) 3 Swiss rounds
r1: Secure Target + Dawn assault
r2: King of the Hill + Refused Flank
r3: Spoils of War + Frontline clash
b) The first round can be a duel arranged between two participants (please let the organizers know in advance!)
c) Rounds 2 and 3 will be swiss round via NR.
d) Victory points according to rulebook (0-17 + secondary objective 3 pts)

5. Painting Points (Total max.: 10 pts, verification by the organizers)
a) Painted army, homogeneous + worked bases = 10pts
b) Borrowed / non-homogeneous unit (-1pts per non-homogeneous entry)
C) Unpainted unit (-2 pts per unpainted or unfinished entry)

6. Rankings and prizes
a) Classification on 70 pts (60 max for games, 10 max for painting)
b) Prizes for the first 3 of the general classification
c) Prize for the most beautiful army*
d) Prize for the most beautiful unit*
e) Prize for the most beautiful piece (character/monster/etc) *

*These prizes are favourites, given on totally subjective criteria, by Team WarTavern. Chocolate bribes are obviously accepted despite their inefficiencies.
