Allgemeine Regeln:
Die Spielzeit pro Runde beträgt 3h.
Gespielt werden 3 Spiele mit 2000 Punkten nach aktuellem Generals Handbook Die gespielten Missionen sind weiter unten im Zeitplan zu entnehmen. Release Cut-Off ist der 30.11.25

Listenabgabe:
Deadline für die Listenabgabe ist am 30.11.25 um 23:59. Listen müssen als .pdf oder .docx abgegeben werden. Am Besten schreibt ihr eure Listen in der AoS-App.
Listen müssen folgendes enthalten:

-Faction, Battle Formation
-General, Heroic Traits, Artefakte,
-Zauber, Gebete und Endloszauber
-Einheiten, Reinforcements, ausgewählte Möglichkeiten (z.B. Waffen, Mark of Chaos, usw.)
-Regimenter
- Faction Terrain
- Alle sonstigen Optionen, die ihr auswählen könnt/müsst

Sobald alle Listen abgegeben und kontrolliert wurden, wird ein Dokument mit allen Listen an alle Spieler rausgeschickt.

Spielzeit:
Die verbleibende Spielzeit wird regelmäßig durchgerufen. 15 Minuten vor Schluss kommt "Dice down". Dann werden alle Würfel abgelegt. Weitergespielt werden darf nur, wenn sich die Spieler einig sind, dass in den 15 Minuten das Spiel noch beendet werden kann. Ansonsten besprechen die beiden Spieler den weiteren Verlauf theoretisch durch und es werden nur noch spielentscheidende Würfe wie Roll-Offs gewürfelt. Es werden nur noch Punkte gescored, welche sicher erzielt werden können. Werden nach mehreren Aufrufen des Schiedsrichters die Ergebnisse nicht abgegeben, so kann das Spiel nach Ermessen des Schiedsrichters für beide Spieler als unentschieden gewertet werden. Sollte es beim Besprechen Probleme geben, kann ein Schiedsrichter hinzugezogen werden können. Schachuhren sind nicht vorgesehen, da es sich um ein Turnier mit Anfängern handelt!

Modelle:
Proxys sind gestattet, sofern sie eindeutig identifizierbar sind (Gerne mir vorher Bilder zusenden zum Abklären). Spezialmodelle(Champion, Standarte usw.) einer Einheit müssen ebenso klar erkennbar sein.
Es gibt keine Bemalpflicht

Best Coast Pairings und Scoring:
Die Auslosung der ersten Runde erfolgt zufällig, jedoch mit Teamschutz (Teamangabe T3 Anmeldung). Danach gilt das Schweizer System (Erster gegen zweiter, usw).

Für das Scoring werden primär Siege gerechnet (Nach Schweizer Punkten (Sieg: 3, Draw 1, usw.)) und sekundär die Differenzpunkte bzw geschaffte BT als Tie Breaker

Zeitplan:
8:30: Einlass und Begrüßung
9:00-12:00: Cycling Shifts
12:00-12:45: Mittagspause
12:45-15:45: Lifecycle
15:45-16:00: Pause
16:00-19:00: Surge of Slaughter
19:00: Siegerehrung

Gelände:
Das Gelände wird nach den Maps im GHB bzw in der App aufgestellt.

Zum Schluss:
Falls sich jemand anmeldet und früh weiß, dass er doch nicht kommen kann, gebt mir bitte Bescheid, damit ich euch austragen kann in T3.

The entry fee is €10 and must be paid on-site.

Food and drinks will be available at the venue.

General Rules:
Each round has a playtime of 3 hours.
You will play 3 games with 2000 points according to the current General’s Handbook.
The missions to be played can be found in the schedule below.
Release cut-off is 30.11.25.

List Submission:
The deadline for list submission is 30.11.25 at 23:59.
Lists must be submitted as .pdf or .docx.
Ideally, create your lists in the AoS App.
Lists must include the following:

- Faction, Battle Formation
-General, Heroic Traits, Artefacts
-Spells, Prayers, and Endless Spells
-Units, Reinforcements, selected options (e.g. weapons, Mark of Chaos, etc.)
-Regiments
-Faction Terrain

All other options you can/must select

Once all lists have been submitted and reviewed, a document containing all lists will be sent out to all players.

Game Time:
Remaining game time will be announced regularly.
15 minutes before the end, “Dice down” will be called.
All dice must be put down at that moment.
Play may only continue if both players agree that the game can still be completed within the remaining 15 minutes.
Otherwise, the players discuss the remainder of the game theoretically, and only game-deciding rolls (such as roll-offs) may still be rolled.
Only points that can definitely be scored may be counted.
If results are not submitted after multiple announcements by the referee, the game may be ruled a draw for both players at the referee’s discretion.
If problems occur during the discussion, a referee may be called.
Chess clocks are not planned since this is a beginner-friendly event.

Models:
Proxies are allowed as long as they are clearly identifiable (feel free to send me pictures beforehand for clarification).
Special models (Champion, Standard Bearer, etc.) within a unit must also be clearly recognizable.
There is no painting requirement.

Pairings for the first round are random but with team protection (team info from T3 registration).
After that, the Swiss system applies (1st vs 2nd, and so on).

The tournament uses Best Coast Pairings for streamlined organisation.

Scoring is based primarily on wins (Swiss points: Win 3, Draw 1, etc.), and secondarily on point differential or completed Battle Tactics as tie breakers.

If someone registers and later realizes they cannot attend, please let me know early so I can remove you from T3.
