*******Turnierrahmen*******

- Es werden 200 Punkte gespielt unter Berücksichtigung der Matched Play Handicaps.
- Es werden 3 Spiele a 2,5 Stunden gespielt
- Missionen werden jeweils vorgegeben und beinhalten keine zusätzlichen Sonderregeln.
- First Blood / Last Blood: 20 Points
- Champion Slayer : 25 Punkte
- Missionsmarker: 25 Punkte
- Presence: 10/30
- Tie-Breaker: 1. Gewonnene Spiele - 2. Punktedifferenz - 3. Erzielte Punkte


*******Bemalpflicht und Alternative Modelle*******

- Es gilt keine Bemalpflicht, jedoch erhalten bemalte Warbands eine höhere Gewinnchance bei der Preis-Tombola.
- Alternativmodelle und Umbauten sind zugelassen, solange die Base-Größen stimmen und jeder Darstellung einer Einheit eindeutig ist.
- Wenn ihr euch nicht sicher seid, klärt das bitte im Vorfeld mit der Turnier-Orga.


*******Turnierlisten und Abgabe*******

- Die Abgabe eurer Liste als PDF hat bis 19.11.2024 21:00 Uhr zu erfolgen.
- Bitte schickt uns eure Listen per E-Mail an drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de oder per Discord an fraatknocklife#3409 .
- Die Liste muss über die Quickroster Funktion auf bloodfields.net erstellt und als PDF gespeichert und gesendet werden.
- Ihr erhaltet kurzfristig eine Rückmeldung bezüglich Fehler in den Listen. Nach unserer Rückmeldung habt ihr 24 Stunden Zeit die Liste zu korrigieren.
- Die Korrektur der Liste zählt nicht zur Abgabezeit und wird nicht bestraft. Die Frist zur Korrektur muss aber eingehalten werden.
- Die korrigierte Liste muss erneut eingereicht werden.
- Gespielt werden die Regeln zum Stichtag der Abgabe (19.11.24). Regeländerungen zwischen dem 19.11. und dem Turniertag werden nicht mehr berücksichtigt

- Dem Judge vor Ort sind Einzelfallentscheidungen vorbehalten.

*******Startgeld*******

Das Startgeld in Höhe von 15 € je Spieler bitte folgendermaßen überweisen:

Verwendungszweck:

Turniername + T3 Nickname

Die Bankverbindung teilen wir euch in der automatischen Anmeldebestätigung mit. Sollte es Probleme mit der Anmeldung geben, dann meldet euch bitte bei uns.
Als Alternative kann das Startgeld auch per PayPal überwiesen werden -> drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de
Das Startgeld ist bis eine Woche vor Turnierstart zu überweisen, erst dann hat der Spieler einen festen Startplatz.
Bei einer Absage bis eine Woche vor Turnierbeginn erstatten wir das Startgeld in voller Höhe zurück. Bei einer späteren Absage oder nicht Erscheinen ist dies leider nicht mehr möglich.
Sollte ein Spieler seinen Startplatz tauschen wollen, so ist dies möglich. Wir bitten aber um eine rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung.
Da wir nicht jeden Tag unsere Kontobewegungen überwachen, bitten wir um eine kurze Rückmeldung.


*******Verpflegung*******

In den 15 Euro Anmeldegebühren sind Kaffee und belegte Brötchen am Morgen sowie ein Stückchen Kuchen am Nachmittag mit inkludiert.

Außerdem können Softdrinks und Bier separat erworben werden.

Für die Mittagspause sind mehrere Imbiss-Optionen fußläufig erreichbar.

*******Sonstiges*******

- Preise für die besten 3 Spieler + Tombola
- Bei Fragen wendet euch bitte per Discord an fraatknocklife#3409 oder sendet eine Nachricht über diese Seite an "fraat".
- Über ein Feedback von euch zur Organisation, Veranstaltung oder Sonstiges würden wir uns sehr freuen.

*******Parpkplätze*******
- Es sind Parkplätze in begrenzter Anzahl vor dem Gebäude vorhanden.
- Alternativ sind in den Nebenstraßen noch reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden.

*******Tournament*******

*******Painting Requirement and Alternative Models*******

- There is no painting requirement, but painted warbands have a higher chance of winning prizes in the raffle.
- Alternative models and conversions are allowed as long as the base sizes are correct, and each unit's representation is clear.
- If you are unsure about any of the points above, please clarify this with the tournament organizers in advance.


*******Tournament Lists and Submission*******

- The submission of your list in PDF format must be done by Nov 19, 2024, at 9:00 PM.
- Please send us your lists via email to drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de or through Discord to fraatknocklife#3409.
- The list must be created using the Quickroster function on bloodfields.net, saved as a PDF, and then sent.
- You will receive prompt feedback regarding any errors in the lists. After our feedback, you have 24 hours to correct the list.
- The correction of the list is not counted towards the submission time and will not be penalized. However, the correction deadline must be adhered to.
- The corrected list must be resubmitted.
- The rules played will be those in effect on the submission deadline (Nov 19, 2024). Rule changes between Nov 19 and the tournament day will not be considered.

- For rule questions, we will adhere to the FAQs on bloodfields.net.
- Individual decisions are reserved for the judge throughout the course of the tournament.

*******Entry Fee*******

Please transfer the entry fee of 15 € per player as follows:

We will provide you with the bank details in the automated registration confirmation. If you encounter any issues with the registration, please contact us.

The entry fee must be transferred one week before the tournament starts to secure the player's spot. If you cancel up to one week before the tournament, we will refund the full entry fee. However, if you cancel later or do not attend, we regret that refunds will not be possible.

If a player wishes to exchange their spot with another, this is allowed. However, we kindly request timely notification.
Since we do not monitor our account activity daily, we appreciate a brief confirmation once the payment is made.



*******Refreshments*******

Included in the 15 Euros fee, you have free coffee and sandwiches in the morning and some sweets/cake in the afternoon.

It is always possible to buy soft drinks and beer separately.

For the lunch break, there are several fast food options nearby to our location.
