Registration through T3 is only final when your entry fee has been paid and your army list (including Grand Strategy) has been checked.

Tournament rules

The tournament will consist of 3 battles following the General’s Handbook 2021 rules for ‘pitched battles’ and ‘pitched battle profiles’ point values. The battles will be played on 44” x 60” and terrain features will be placed by the organizers. Every game will last up to 3 hours and swiss pairing will be used for match-ups.
Ghur Realm Rules are in effect. These can be found in the general’s handbook page 12.

Army lists
Amies may include up to a maximum of 2000 points made from the pitched battles publications and follow these restrictions. Use the latest updated points value for units from the Pitched Battle Profiles. Send your army list to thegreenknight.brugge@gmail.com before 27/09/2021

You can include battalions from the Core Rulebook and General’s Handbook. Warscroll battalions are not allowed. Please be very clear on your army list which units are part of which battalion.

Reminder! new to 3rd edition is when building your army list you need to pick a grand strategy from the list on page 14 of the General’s Handbook and note it on your list. If you do not choose one, you’re unable to score the VP during your games.

Victory points
There are three main ways to score Victory Points:

• Through the battleplans (Primary objective)
• Through Battle Tactics, which you have to pick at the start of your hero phase. Always let your opponent know what you picked and what unit you chose. (Secondary objective)
• Completing your Grand Strategy, as chosen on your initial army list.

Note that you can score extra Victory Points through the ‘Predator and Prey’ rule once per battle round.

When you have finished the game with your opponent, calculate the total Victory Points scored. Also count up the Casualty Points by counting the total Points Value of your opponent’s slain units.

Winning the tournament

The winner is determined at the end of the last game, according to the following criteria:
• Most Victory Points scored
Ties will be broken by
• Battle Tactics completed
• Casualty Points
