- 4500 Punkte
- gespielt wird nach dem zum Turnier gültigen Regelwerk,
- Änderungen/Anpassungen, Abweichungen befinden sich unter Informationen und Regeln,
- Es werden 3 Spiele a 6 Runden gespielt,

- 16.30 - 19.30 - Spiel 3
- 19.30 - 19.45 - Siegerehrung


*******Bemalpflicht*******

- es gibt keine Bemalpflicht


*******Turnierlisten und Abgabe*******

- Finale Listen Abgabe einschließlich Korrektur bis Sonntag vor dem Turnier um 23:59 Uhr.
- Bitte schickt uns eure Listen per E-Mail an: drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de.
- Es zählt der Zeitstempel der E-Mail.
- Es werden Strafpunkte bei zu spät eingereichte Listen verteilt.



*******Regelfragen und Regelstreitigkeiten*******

- Bei Regelfragen halten wir uns an die zum Turnier geltenden aktuellen Regeln
- Bei Unklarheiten und Streitfragen gilt folgende Reihenfolge zur Klärung:

*******Startgeld*******

Das Startgeld in Höhe von 25 € je Spieler bitte folgendermaßen überweisen:

Verwendungszweck:

Turniername + T3 Nickname

Die Bankverbindung teilen wir euch in der automatischen Anmeldebestätigung mit. Sollte es Probleme mit der Anmeldung geben, dann meldet euch bitte bei uns.

Als Alternative kann das Startgeld auch per PayPal überwiesen werden -> drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de

Das Startgeld ist bis eine Woche vor Turnierstart zu überweisen, erst dann hat der Spieler einen festen Startplatz.

Bei einer Absage bis eine Woche vor Turnierbeginn erstatten wir das Startgeld in voller Höhe zurück. Bei einer späteren Absage oder nicht Erscheinen ist dies leider nicht mehr möglich.

Sollte ein Spieler seinen Startplatz tauschen wollen, so ist dies möglich. Wir bitten aber um eine rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung.

Da wir nicht jeden Tag unsere Kontobewegungen überwachen, bitten wir um eine kurze Rückmeldung.



*******Verpflegung*******

Für 15 Euro kann eine Essenflat erworben werden:

- Cola
- Kaffee
- Brötchen
- Mittagessen
- Kuchen

Getränke, Brötchen und Kuchen können auch separat erworben werden.
Die Anmeldung muss im Vorfeld durchgeführt werden. Nachmeldungen können nur in begrenzter Anzahl angenommen werden

Bitte meldet euch bei uns, ob ihr Interesse an der Flat habt.

- Preise für die besten 3 Spieler + Best Painted
- Bei Fragen stehen wir euch jederzeit zur Verfügung.
- Über ein Feedback von euch zur Organisation, Veranstaltung oder Sonstiges würden wir uns sehr freuen.



*******Parpkplätze*******
- In den Nebenstraßen sind reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden.



*******Corona-Regeln*******

- Wir halten uns strikt an alle Corona-Regeln des Landes NRW bzw. der Stadt Duisburg.
- Sollte ein Teilnehmer nicht die Auflagen erfüllen, dann erfolgt am Turniertag der Ausschluss. In diesem Fall erfolgt keine Rückerstattung der Gebühren.
- Regelmäßiges Lüften
- Desinfektionsmittel und Coronaluftfilter stehen zur Verfügung.

*******Paint Job*******

- there is no painting obligation


*******Tournament lists and submission*******

- Final lists submission including correction until Sunday before the tournament at 23:59.
- Please email your lists to: drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de.
- The time stamp of the e-mail counts.
- Penalty points will be given for late submitted lists.



*******Rules Questions and Rules Disputes*******

- In case of questions about the rules we stick to the current rules of the tournament.
- In case of ambiguities and disputes, the following order will be used for clarification:
Orga>Rule Change>Rulebook.
- For questions about Erratar/FAQ's gladly, write to the Schalker (Kontakt).




*******Costs*******

Please transfer the entry fee of 15 € per player as follows:

Intended purpose:

Tournament name + T3 nickname

We will inform you about the bank details in the automatic registration confirmation. If there are any problems with the registration, please contact us.

Alternatively the entry fee can be transferred via PayPal -> drunkendwarfsduisburg@outlook.de.

The entry fee has to be transferred until one week before the tournament starts, only then the player has a fixed starting place.

In case of a cancellation up to one week before the tournament starts, we will refund the entry fee in full. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, this is unfortunately no longer possible.

If a player wants to change his starting place, this is possible. But we ask for a timely notification.

Since we do not monitor our account movements every day, we ask for a short feedback.



*******Verpflegung*******

For 15 Euro you can buy a mealflat:

- Coke
- coffee
- bread roll
- lunch
- cake

Drinks, rolls and cakes can also be purchased separately.
Registration must be done in advance. Only a limited number of late registrations can be accepted.

*******Covid19-Rules*******

- We strictly adhere to all Corona rules of the state of NRW or the city of Duisburg.
- If a participant does not comply with the rules, he/she will be excluded on the day of the tournament. In this case there will be no refund of the fees.
- Regular airing
- Disinfectant and Corona air filters are available
