Corona Regeln
Für dieses Turnier gelten voraussichtlich die 2G+ Regeln, falls sich etwas daran ändert werden wir nochmal per E-Mail darauf aufmerksam machen.

Das bedeutet, dass jeder Teilnehmer am ersten Turniertag am Morgen einen negativen Testnachweis der nicht älter als 24 Stunden ist und einen Impfnachweis per CoronaWarn App oder Impfpass oder ein Nachweis des Genesenen Status vorzuweisen hat.
Wer das nicht vorweisen kann, darf nicht teilnehmen!

In den kompletten Innenräumen gilt die Pflicht eine FFP2 Maske zu tragen, diese darf nur am Spieltisch, zum Essen, oder zum Trinken abgenommen werden.

Turnier Ablauf
Startplätze: 10 Teams à 3 Personen (30)

Es werden 4 Runden gespielt, entweder 3 Runden am Samstag und 1 Runde am Sonntag oder jeweils 2 Runden. Wir werden euch eine Umfrage zukommen lassen.

Turnier Punkte und Platzierung
Pro Turnierrunde gibt es
3 Turnierpunkte (TP) je gewonnenem Spiel (also maximal 9 TP)
1 TP pro Unentschieden
0 TP pro verlorenes Spiel

Erster Tiebreaker: Summe der Turnierpunkte der gegnerischen Teams (Team-SOS)
Zweiter Tiebreaker: Summe des Abstands der VP der einzelnen Team Spiele (Team-DIFF)
Dritter Tiebreaker: Gesamte Victory Points des Teams (Team-VP)

Das Team mit den meisten TP und den höchsten Tiebreakern gewinnt.

Betreff: Malifaux Team Turnier – Team Name – Vor-, Nachname, und T3 Nickname der drei Spieler:innen.
Aus organisatorischen Gründen können wir ab dem 03.07.2022 bei Ausfall keine Rückerstattung leisten.


Verpflegung
Leider darf in der Location weder Essen noch Trinken mitgebracht werden, da das Restaurant nebenan sich diese Rechte vorbehält. Es können für einen fairen Preis Getränke gekauft werden.
Bitte haltet euch an diese Regelung, damit wir auch in Zukunft diese Location nutzen dürfen.

Vorraussichtlich wird es eine Flatrate zum Grillen geben. Das bedeutet das Samstagmittag mehrere Stunden lang gegrillt wird. Es wird Beilagen und Essen für Vegetarier:innen geben.
Aktuell können wir noch keinen Preis für die Flatrate nennen, da das noch mit dem Betreiber besprochen werden muss.

Zudem werden Schokoriegel für einen kleinen Preis bereitstehen. Umsonst wird es Kaffee und Obst geben. Essen kann spätestens bis zum 01. Juli per E-Mail an die Orga gebucht werden.

Unterkunft:
Es gibt in der Location selbst einige wenige Zimmer, die für 35 € pro Person pro Nacht gebucht werden können. Wenn jemand in der Location selbst übernachten möchte bitten wir um Rückmeldung bis spätestens zum 01. Juli.

Anreise
Mit dem Auto: Großer Parkplatz vorhanden,
Mit den Öffis: Bus 730 bis Haltestelle “Meisenweg”, dann etwas laufen.

Covid Rules
For this tournament we are probably going to use the 2G+ Rules, if anything changes, we will contact you again via e-mail.

This means that every participant has to present a negative Covid test which isn’t older than 24 hours as well as presenting a proof of vaccination via CoronaWarn app, or vaccination record, or proof of recovery.
If you can’t present the above you can not participate in the tournament!

Indoors you are required to wear a FFP2 mask, you don’t have to wear it during games, or while eating and drinking.

We are going to play 4 rounds, either 3 rounds on Saturday and 1 round on Sunday or 2 rounds on each day. We are going to send you a poll.

Tournament points and placing
For each tournament round a team can earn
3 tournament points (TP) for each won game of the three (total of 9 TP)
1 TP for each tied game of the three
0 TP for each lost game of the three

First Tiebreaker: Sum of the tournament points of the opposing team (Team-SOS)
Second Tiebreaker: Total victory points (VP) from schemes and strategies for the Team (Team-VP)
Third Tiebreaker: Sum of the VP difference for each round (Team-SOS)

The team with the most TP and the highest tiebreaker wins.

Due to organisating cases we can't do a payback until Juli , 3rd 2022.

Catering
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to bring our own food or drinks to the location, the restaurant hosting our tournament reserves that right.
You will be able to purchase beverages for a reasonable price.
Please respect this arrangement as it’s a requirement, if we want to use the location in the future.

During Saturday’s lunch and a couple of hours afterwards we are trying to provide a BBQ with a flatrate price. There will also be options for vegetarians. The price isn’t fixed yet, as we are still discussing with our hosts.

There will also be a small selection of snacks and fruits. Coffee and fruits will be free.
Food can be ordered until the 1st of July via e-mail to the organizers.

Accommodation:
There are a few rooms available at the location itself for 35 € per person per night.
If you want to spend the night at the location, please contact the organizers via e-mail until the 1st of July.

Getting there:
Via car: there’s plenty of parking spaces
Via public transport: Bus 730 via stop “Meisenweg”, after that take a little hike.
