Deutsche Infinity Meisterschaft 2023 - Information and Rules

Die Deutsche Infinity Meisterschaft findet dieses Jahr vom 28.-29.10. in der Jugendherberge Mannheim statt (https://www.jugendherberge.de/jugendherbergen/mannheim-international/portraet/). Diese liegt direkt an der Rheinpromenade in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums.
Es wird wie letztes Jahr Verpflegung und Schlafmöglichkeiten vor Ort geben!

Dabei sind die Zimmer von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht, sodass schon Freitag Abends aufgebaut und Zeit verbracht werden kann!

Das Turnier findet dann ab Samstag Morgens bis Sonntag Nachmittags statt.
Samstag Abends werden wieder Hunger Games und weitere Spaßspiele veranstaltet.

Anmeldung & Bezahlung

Die Zahlphase läuft!

Anmeldung nach Zahlungseingang. First come first served.
Danach werden wir bei Absagen von der Warteliste nach besetzen.

Die Teilnahmegebühr können wir nur zurückerstatten, wenn der Platz von der Warteliste aufgefüllt wird, da wir den Vertrag mit der Jugendherberge nicht mehr ändern können.

Wir bieten die folgenden Optionen an:

Option 1:
Schlafen vor Ort in einem Jugendherbergen-4-Bett-Zimmer (Stockbetten), enthalten sind alle Mahlzeiten ab Freitag Abends bis Sonntag Mittags sowie zwei Getränke jeweils Samstags und Sonntags.

Außerdem ist damit die Teilnahme an der DM selber abgedeckt.

Die Kosten hierfür sind 170,00€.

Option 2:
Ihr schlaft auswärts oder im Auto, oder ihr seid Anwohner - uns eigentlich egal!
Ihr bezahlt mit dem Geld die Teilnahme an der DM und die Verpflegung vor Ort:
Samstags Mittag und Abendessen, sowie Sonntags das Mittagsessen.
Außerdem zwei Getränke pro Tag.

Die Kosten hierfür sind 100,00€.

Vegetarisches Essen ist ohne Voranmeldung möglich, Veganes Essen und Allergien, Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten und Ernährungspläne sind nach Absprache möglich!

Beim Essen sind Getränke enthalten, zusätzliche Getränke können vor Ort erstanden werden, die genaue Preisliste folgt noch.

Gruppenanmeldungen sind möglich, gewünscht und bekommen gemeinsame Zimmer.

The German Infinity Championship will take place this year from 28-29 October at the International Mannheim Youth Hostel (https://www.jugendherberge.de/jugendherbergen/mannheim-international/portraet/).
This is located directly on the Rhine promenade near the city center.
There will be catering and sleeping facilities on site like last year!

The rooms are booked from Friday to Sunday, so that you can already set up and spend time on Friday evening!

The tournament will take place from Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon.
Saturday evening there will be Hunger Games and other fun games again.

Registration & Payment

The payment phase is running.

Registration after receipt of payment. First come first served.
After that we will fill in case of cancellations from the waiting list.

We can only refund the registration fee if the place is filled from the waiting list, because we cannot change the contract with the hostel.

We offer the following options:

Option 1:
Sleeping on site in a youth hostel 4-bed room (bunk beds), includes all meals from Friday evening until Sunday noon and two drinks each Saturday and Sunday.

In addition, the participation in the DM itself is covered.

The cost for this is 170,00€.

Option 2:
You sleep out or in the car, or you are a resident - we don't really care!
You pay with the money the participation in the DM and the catering on site:
Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch.
Also two drinks per day.

The cost for this is 100,00€.
