HTL 4. Berliner Mittelerde Meisterschaft (BÄM)


Beschreibung:

We are back! Wir die Gummibeornbande möchten euch in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Huxleys zur 4. Berliner Meisterschaft im Mittelerde Tabletop im Herzen von Berlin willkommen heißen.
Nach zwei Jahren Pause seid ihr sicherlich heiß mal wieder ordentlich Minis zu schubsen. Auch in diesem Jahr bleiben wir unseren Besonderheiten treu und veranstalten ein Turnier mit 1.000 Punkten. Also kommt zur BÄM 2022 und stellt euer Können unter Beweis. Wir sind Berlin!!! Wir Sind die Gummibeornbande!!!

Startgebühr

Für die Teilnahme an der diesjährigen Berliner Meisterschaft wird eine Startgebühr von 45,00 Euro erhoben. Die genauen Daten zum Ticketkauf werden in der automatischen Anmeldebestätigung, die per E-Mail verschickt wird, mitgeteilt. Anmeldebeginn und Vorverkaufsstart wird der 26.03.22 um 10 Uhr sein! Auch bei diesem Turnier ist der Platz erst sicher, wenn der Ticketkauf abgeschlossen ist. Die Plätze werden dabei nach dem "First Come - First Serve" Prinzip vergeben. Es gibt eine Ticketerstattung bis 30 Tage vor dem Event. Es fallen lediglich die Vorverkaufsgebühren an, diese können nicht erstattet werden. Danach kann leider keine Erstattung mehr gewährleistet werden.

Organisatorisches

Jede teilnehmende Person erklärt sich damit einverstanden, dass er für Schäden oder sonstige Unfälle, die er verursacht, selbst verantwortlich ist und auch für den entstandenen Schaden aufkommt. Die Turnierleitung übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Schäden oder Unfälle! Außerdem übernimmt die Turnierleitung nicht die Verantwortung für eventuelle aufkommende Stornierungsgebühren für Hotels, Anreise oder der Gleichen, falls das Turnier aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht stattfinden kann.
Minderjährige benötigen ein Einverständnis der Eltern und dürfen nur in Begleitung einer befugten Person am Turnier teilnehmen. Die schriftliche Einverständniserklärung muss vor Beginn des Turniers an die Turnierveranstalter gesendet werden.
Jede teilnehmende Person ist für die eigene Verpflegung und Turnierutensilien (Würfel, Maßband, Regelwerke, Klebstoff, Koffer, ...) selbst verantwortlich.

Nichtsdestotrotz werden wir tagsüber Kleinigkeiten als Verpflegung anbieten, Samstagabend wird auf der Terrasse vom Huxleys gegrillt. Ansonsten ist das Huxleys direkt am Hermannplatz wo man einiges an Essensmöglichkeiten findet.

Hygienekonzept

Das Hygienekonzept wird rechtzeitig vor dem Turnier veröffentlicht, und wird sich stark an dem orientieren, was in Berlin zu dem Zeitpunkt für Veranstaltungen vorgeschrieben ist.


Allgemeine Turnierregeln

Alle Regeln stammen aus dem in Deutschland gültigen Regelwerk „Middle-Earth Tabletop-Strategiespiel“ von Games Workshop. Die Szenarien entsprechen gänzlich dem „Match play Guide“. Die Armeezusammenstellung erfolgt gemäß den Profilbüchern „Armeen aus Der Herr der Ringe“ und „Armeen aus Der Hobbit“ von Games-Workshop. Weiterhin gelten die ergänzenden Bücher „Scouring of The Shire“, „Gondor at War“ „Fall oft he Necromancer“, „War in Rohan“ und „Quest of the Ringbearer“ mit deren Profilen und legendären Legionen. Bitte beachtet, dass lediglich die bis zur Listenabgabe veröffentlichten Erratas oder FAQs von Games Workshop beim Turnier berücksichtigt werden.

Spezielle Turnierregeln

Die Paarungen werden durch die Turnierleitung anhand des „Schweizer Systems“ festgelegt. Die Entscheidungen der Schiedsrichter sind bindend und zu akzeptieren, es sei denn, der Spieler kann an Hand der Regelbücher, Erratas oder FAQs etwas anderes beweisen. Die Beweislast liegt beim Spieler!
Die Platten (48 x 48 Zoll) werden von der Turnierleitung gestaltet und dürfen von den Spielern nicht verändert werden. Die zu bespielende Platte wird den Spielern von der Turnierleitung vor dem Spiel zugewiesen. Es wird seitens der Turnierleitung darauf geachtet, dass die Platten ähnlich gestaltet sind und die Spieler möglichst auf verschiedenen Platten zum Einsatz kommen.
Die Organisatoren werden bei ungerader Teilnehmendenanzahl einen Springer zur Verfügung stellen.
Die für das Szenario vorgegebene Zeit ist einzuhalten. Zehn Minuten vor Ablauf der regulären Spielzeit wird vom Schiedsrichter die letzte Runde angesagt. Nach dieser Spielrunde endet das Spiel.
Alle Maße sind in Zoll.
In keinem Szenario ist es Modellen erlaubt, Waffen oder andere Ausrüstungsgegenstände von getöteten Modellen aufzuheben. Standarten dürfen, wie im Regelbuch beschrieben, übergeben werden.
Die Passagierregel findet im Turnier keine Anwendung, d.h. es dürfen keine Modelle mit anderen Kavallerie-Modellen als Passagier aufgestellt werden und zu keinem Zeitpunkt darf ein Modell bei einem berittenen Modell aufsitzen, außer dies ist in den Regeln des Modells explizit vorgesehen (bspw. Streitwagen der Eisenberge zum Ersatz bereits gefallener Besatzung, Dernhelm aus Gondor at War, oder Merry und Pippin bei Baumbart).

Armeezusammenstellung

Bei der Armeezusammenstellung gilt die Verbündetenmatrix aus dem Buch “Armeen aus Der Herr der Ringe“. Es sind alle Bündnisse, wie im Regeltext beschrieben, erlaubt, beachtet jedoch die Vor- und Nachteile der grünen, gelben und roten Bündnispartner. Für die gesamte Armee gilt hierbei immer das ungünstigste Bündnis (rot>gelb>grün).

International ist es oft üblich mit nur einer Armee ein Turnier zu bestreiten (Ardacon, ETC.…) und das wollen wir diesen Jahr auch weiterhin beibehalten. Nur eine Armee heißt potenziell doppelt so viele Listen gegen die man sich vorbereiten muss. Meta? Gibt es in Deutschland keine… Teste deine Turniertauglichkeit somit auf diesem Level! Kompetitiver kann ein Turnier somit kaum sein.
Es wird auf der Berliner Meisterschaft mit nur einer Liste gespielt. Diese Armee darf 1000 Punkte nicht überschreiten. Sowohl ein Modellmaximum als auch ein Modellminimum gibt es nicht, Jedoch gelten folgende Ausnahmen:

- Die Legendäre Legion "Schwarze Reiter" ist verboten und darf nicht gespielt werden!
- Sowohl Tom Bombadil als auch Goldbeere dürfen in keiner Liste aufgestellt werden!

Es gibt keine Begrenzung für Helden, eine Armee kann also auch völlig aus Helden bestehen.
Proxies sind beim Turnier grundsätzlich nicht erlaubt, können aber nach Rücksprache mit der Turnierleitung eingesetzt werden. Umbauten und Alternativmodelle sollten klar zu identifizieren sein. Wenn ihr Zweifel habt, wendet euch an uns! Heldenmodelle, die den Helden mit einem anderen Profil darstellen sollen, werden nicht als Proxies angesehen und sind somit erlaubt. Ausnahmen von dieser Regel sind:
• Gandalf der Graue / Gandalf der Weiße
• Sauron / Der Nekromant
Reittiere dürfen nicht geproxt werden - es ist also z.B. nicht erlaubt ein Pferd als Elch oder ein Pony als Widder einzusetzen. Weiterhin darf ein berittenes Modell nicht dargestellt werden, indem das zu-Fuß-Modell neben einem Pferd befestigt wird.

Abgabe Armeelisten

Die Turnierleitung behält sich das Recht vor, Armeelisten abzulehnen.
Vor dem Turnier sind der Turnierleitung die Armeelisten mit einem geeigneten und übersichtlichen Armeebogen zur Kontrolle zu übersenden. Eine einfache Excel Liste ist hierbei ausreichend. Es sind keine handgeschriebenen Listen oder Screenshots gestattet! Die Listen müssen alle Modelle der Armee mit ihrem Punktwert inkl. der verwendeten „gekauften“ Ausrüstung, die jeweilige Fraktion, Modellanzahl, sowie Bruchpunkt, 25%-Marke und den Armeeanführer beinhalten.
Die Armeelisten sind spätestens bis einschließlich dem 07.08.2022 der Turnierleitung per E-Mail (berlinermeisterschaft@gmail.com) zu übersenden.
(Zusätzlich möchten wir euch die Möglichkeit geben, eure Listen uns einmal zur unverbindlichen Vorkontrolle vorlegen zu können. Dieses Angebot gilt bis einschließlich 24.07.2022)
Während des Turniers werden die Schiedsrichter die Armeen kontrollieren und überprüfen, ob die Armeen mit den Listen übereinstimmen. Sollten Unklarheiten mit der Armeeliste oder der verwendeten Armee auftreten (beabsichtigt oder nicht), wird dies vom Schiedsrichter sofort nach dem Bemerken korrigiert. Des Weiteren ist mit einem Punkteabzug in der Gesamtwertung zu rechnen. Sollte der Fehler erst im Verlauf des Turniers auffallen, kann es zu einer rückwirkenden Korrektur der bisher absolvierten Spiele kommen.
Die bei T3 angegebene Armee muss nicht der echten Liste entsprechen, es ist dem Spieler freigestellt, was er dort auswählt.
Vor jeder Spielrunde müssen die eigene Armee inklusive Anführer durch Zuhilfenahme des Armeebogens dem Gegner vorgestellt werden. Der Armeebogen muss in ausgedruckter Form vorhanden sein.

Bemalung

Bei der Berliner Meisterschaft besteht Bemalpflicht. Bemalpflicht bedeutet, dass alle Figuren im Tabletop-Standard bemalt sein müssen (mindestens Grundfarben). Ebenso müssen die Bases gestaltet sein. Das erhöht deutlich den Spielspaß aller Teilnehmer. Wenn ein Spieler beim Turnier mit Modellen erscheint die nur teilweise oder gar nicht bemalt sind, dann müssen diese Minis leider im Koffer bleiben und der Spieler muss mit einer punktemäßig kleineren Armee antreten. Ein spontanes Umstellen der Armee an den Turniertagen ist nicht erlaubt.

Entry fee

For participation in this year's Berlin Championship, an entry fee of 45.00 euros will be charged. The exact details of the ticket purchase will be communicated in the automatic registration confirmation, which will be sent by e-mail. Also in this tournament, the place is only secure when the ticket purchase is completed. The places are allocated according to the "First Come - First Serve" principle. There is a ticket refund up to 30 days before the event. Only the pre-sale fees apply, these can not be refunded. After that, unfortunately, no refund can be guaranteed.

Organizational

Each participating person agrees that he/she is responsible for damages or other accidents that he/she causes and also pays for the damage incurred. The tournament management assumes no liability for damages or accidents! In addition, the tournament management does not assume responsibility for any cancellation fees incurred for hotels, Arrival or the like, if the tournament cannot take place for any reason (f.e. new corona regulations).
The tournament takes place under the currently valid corona protection regulation of the state of Berlin. We will keep you up to date, if there is something to report and a hygiene concept is needed.
Minors under the age of 16 require parental consent. The written declaration of consent must be sent to the tournament organizers before the start of the tournament.

Each participant is responsible for his own food and tournament utensils (cubes, tape measure, rules, glue, suitcases, ...).
Nonetheless, we will be offering snacks during the day. On Saturday evening there will be a barbecue on the Huxleys terrace. Otherwise, the Huxleys is right on Hermannplatz where you can find a lot of dining options.

hygiene concept

The hygiene concept will be published in good time before the tournament and will be based heavily on what is required for events in Berlin at the time.


General Tournament Rules

All rules come from the "Middle-Earth Tabletop Strategy Game" Rules Manual from Games Workshop. The scenarios correspond entirely to the "Matched play Guide". The army composition is done according to the profile books "Armies of The Lord of the Rings" and "Armies of The Hobbit" by Games-Workshop. Furthermore, the complementary books "Scouring of The Shire", "Gondor at War", "Fall of the Necromancer", "War in Rohan" and "Quest of the Ringbearer" with their profiles and legendary legions apply. Please note that only the Add-ons, erratas and FAQs published by Games Workshop up to the submission date of the army list will be taken into account at the tournament.

Special Tournament Rules

The pairings are determined by the tournament management on the basis of the "Swiss pairing system". The decisions of the referees are binding and to be accepted, unless the player can prove otherwise by means of the rule books, erratas or FAQs. The burden of proof lies with the player! The playing fields (48 x 48 inches) are designed by the tournament management and may not be changed by the players. The field to be played will be assigned to the players by the tournament management before the game. The tournament management makes sure that the playing fields are similarly designed and that the players are used as far as possible on different playing fields. The organizers will provide a substitute player if the number of participants is odd.
The time specified for the scenario must be adhered to. Ten minutes before the end of the regular play time, the referee announces the last round. After this game round, the game ends.
All dimensions are in inches.
In no scenario it is models allowed to pick up weapons or other equipment from killed models. Banners may be handed over as described in the rulebook. The passenger rule does not apply in the tournament, i.e. no models may be set up as a passenger and at no time may a model sit on a mounted model as a passenger, unless this is explicitly provided for in the rules of the model (e.g. Iron Hills chariots to replace already fallen crew, Dernhelm from Gondor at War, or Merry and Pippin at Treebeard).

Army Composition

In the army composition, the ally matrix from the book "Armies of The Lord of the Rings" applies. All alliances, as described in the rule text, are allowed, but pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages of the green, yellow and red allies. For the entire army, the most unfavorable alliance (red>yellow>green) always applies.
Internationally, it is often customary to play a tournament with only one army (Ardacon, ETC...) and we want to continue to do so this year. Only one army potentially means twice as many lists to prepare against. Meta? There is no... Test your tournament suitability at this level! A tournament can hardly be more competitive.
It is played on the Berlin championship with only one list. This army may not exceed 1000 points. Both a model maximum and a model minimum do not apply, but the following exceptions apply:

- The Legendary Legion "Black Rider" is forbidden and may not be played!
- Both Tom Bombadil and Goldberry may not be included in any list!


There is no limit to heroes, so an army can also consist entirely of heroes.
Proxies(“This Boromir is actually played as Faramir”) are generally not allowed at the tournament, alternative models can be used after consultation with the tournament management though. Conversions and alternative models should be clearly identifiable. Hero models that are intended to represent that very hero with a different profile are not considered proxies and are therefore allowed. Exceptions to this rule are:
• Gandalf the Grey / Gandalf the White
• Sauron / The Necromancer
Mounts may not be replaced - so it is not allowed to use a horse as an elk or a pony as a war goat. Furthermore, a mounted model may not be represented by attaching the on-foot model next to a horse.

Submission of army lists

The tournament committee reserves the right to reject army lists.
Before the tournament, the tournament organizers have to send the army lists with a suitable and clear army form for checking. A simple Excel list is sufficient. No handwritten lists or screenshots are allowed! The lists must contain all models in the army with their point value including the "purchased" equipment used, the respective faction, number of models, as well as break point, 25% mark and the army leader.
The army lists must be sent to the tournament management by email (gummibeornbande@gmail.com) by August 7th, 2022 at the latest.
(We would also like to give you the opportunity to submit your lists to us for a non-binding preliminary check. This offer is valid up to and including July 24th, 2022)
During the tournament, the referees will control the armies and verify that the armies match the lists. Should there be any ambiguity with the army list or the army used (intentional or not), this will be corrected by the referee as soon as it is noticed. Furthermore, a point deduction in the overall ranking is to be expected. If the error is only noticed during the course of the tournament, there may be a retrospective correction of the games played so far.
The army specified in T3 does not have to correspond to the real list, the player is free to choose what he chooses there.
Before each round of the game, your own army, including its leader, must be presented to the opponent using the army sheet. The army sheet must be available in printed form(or digital on tablet).

painting

At the Berlin Championship there is an obligation to paint. Painting obligation means that all figures must be painted in the tabletop standard (at least basic colors). The bases must also be designed. This significantly increases the fun of playing for all participants. Unfortunately, if a player shows up at the tournament with models that are only partially or not painted at all, those minis have to stay in the case and the player has to compete with a smaller army in terms of points. A spontaneous changeover of the army on the tournament days is not allowed.
