Wir können natürlich derzeit noch nicht absehen, ob das Turnier stattfinden kann oder in welcher Form und mit welchen Einschränkungen wir dieses Event durchziehen dürfen. Wir werden alles erdenkliche tun, um dies so sicher wie möglich für euch zu organisieren. Wir hoffen natürlich alle, dass sich die Lage über den Sommer ein wenig entspannt und wir alle dieses Turnier entsprechend genießen können.
Wir halten euch natürlich auf den aktuellen Stand der Dinge.

Ort:
Das Turnier wird im ATLANTIC Hotel an der Galopprennbahn in der Ludwig-Roselius-Allee 2 in 28329 Bremen ausgetragen. Wir haben dort die Turflounge + weitere Räumlichkeiten für das Turnierwochenende gebucht.
Es ist möglich im Hotel spezielle Kontingentpreise für das Turnier zu buchen vom Freitag den 02.09 bis Sonntag den 04.09. Hierbei kostet ein Einzelzimmer 92€ die Nacht und ein Doppelzimmer 112 € die Nacht incl. Frühstück.

das Kontingent für das Tabletopevent ist nun vom Hotel freigeschaltet worden und kann von den Teilnehmern gebucht werden.

Teilnahme:
Teilnehmer müssen für die Teilnahme die Teilnahmegebühren an die PayPal bzw. Kontodaten überweisen, die ihr in der Anmeldeemail erhalten habt. Mit Eingang des Geldes sichert ihr euch einen festen Startplatz ( es gilt wer zuerst kommt...). Solltest du einen Platz erworben haben und dich bis maximal einen Monat vor der Veranstaltung abmelden, überweisen wir den Teilnahmebeitrag natürlich zurück, anschließend fließt er in die Preise Vorkasse gegenüber dem Hotel etc. ein. Einen Ersatzteilnehmer zu benennen ist bis kurz vor dem Turnier ohne weiteres möglich.
Außerdem müsst ihr euch bei tabletop.to für das Turnier registrieren. Über dieses Tool werden die Paarungen veröffentlich und die Listen aller Teilnehmer hochgeladen.

Verpflegung:
Im Startpreis mit enthalten sind zwei Mittagsverpflegungen in Büffetform. Hierbei handelt es sich um Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise. Es wird sichergestellt, dass die Mittagspausen entsprechend großzügig ausfallen, dass ihr auch die Mahlzeiten voll ausnutzen könnt ;). Getränke müssen über das gesamte Wochenende separat bezahlt werden. Sonst können wir Freitag und Samstag Abend alle zusammen im Hotelrestaurant eine Mahlzeit zu uns nehmen und den Turniertag über könnt ihr kleine Snacks an der Hotelbar erwerben. Die Hotelbar befindet sich in der Turflounge, in dem das ganze Turnier auch stattfindet. Ihr könnt während des ganzen Tages also entsprechend auch Getränke bestellen, wie Wasser, Soft Drinks und Bier. Eine genaue Preisliste wird noch per Mail verteilt werden.
Es ist nicht erlaubt eigenes Essen und Getränke am Veranstaltungsort zu sich zu nehmen, wir sind schließlich zu Gast in dem Hotel.


Regeln
Gespielt wird nach dem aktuellen Organized Play Dokument von Atomic Mass Games im Schweizer System. Die Dauer einer Runde beträgt 180 Minuten.

Eure Armee besteht aus maximal 800 Punkten einer Fraktion sowie 12 Gefechtskarten (jeweils 4 Einsatzziel-, Aufstellungs- und Bedingungskarten).
Da dies ein Turnier im Competitive Format ist, finden auch alle Regeln des Turniers Dokumentes von FFG Anwendung. Es wird nach der Advanced Struktur gespielt.


Wir werden das Turnier über tabletop.to organisieren, dort werden die Paarungen veröffentlicht und auch die Armeelisten eures Gegners und wir probieren Abstimmungen über bestimmt painted und schönste Platte über das Tool zu organisieren. Meldet euch also bitte über den Link hier an.
Bitte meldet euch bei Tabletop.to mit einem für mich nachvollziehbaren Namen, so dass ich von den T3 Namen auf den tabletop.to Namen schließen kann.

Legale Einheiten:

Es können alle Einheiten gespielt werden, deren volle Regeln bis zur Listenabgabe offiziell durch AMG gespoilert sind und von denen eine offizielle Miniatur bis zum Turniertag erhältlich ist.

Mitzubringen :

Eure Armee mit allen dazugehörigen vollständig zusammengebauten Figuren und alle Tokens, Marker, Karten. Original Würfel und Orignal Messwerkzeuge sind mitzubringen.
Die Figuren müssen nur zusammengebaut sein, noch bestehen wir nicht auf eine Bemalpflicht.
Proxies sind nicht erlaubt, schöne Umbauten sind aber gerne gesehen. "Count As" Modelle sind erlaubt, wenn Sie stimmig sind beispielsweise hübsche 3D Drucke. Es muss aber jederzeit ersichtlich sein, welches Modell was darstellen soll. Im Zweifel vorher mit der Orga abklären. Es wird mehrere Preise für Best Painted Army geben, also bringt schöne Armeen mit!

Dazu gehören auch alle Command und Missionskarten. Am einfachsten über einen der Online Armybuilder in Form von Legion-Hq oder Tabletopadmiral.Diese Liste muss in genau der Form auch in dem gesamten Event gespielt werden.

Zusätzlich sind Teilnehmer dazu eingeladen eigenes Gelände ausreichend für eine vollständige Platte mitzubringen, damit wir auch für ein größeres Turnier das beste Spielerlebnis sicherstellen können. Jeder kriegt auch ne Kleinigkeit für den entsprechenden Support ;)
Für die schönsten mitgebrachte Platte wird es einen eigenen Preis am Ende des Turniers geben.
Für bessere Planung bitte ich vorher anzumelden, wer Gelände mitbringen möchte, damit wir entsprechend alles vorbereiten können. Ebenfalls bitten wir um ein rechtzeitiges Erscheinen am Turniertag, damit das Turnier mit aufgebautem Gelände pünktlich starten kann.

Hygiene concept, legal situation etc.
Of course, we cannot foresee at the moment whether the tournament can take place or in what form and with what restrictions we will be able to go through this event. We will do everything possible to organize this for you as securely as possible. Location:
The tournament will be held in the ATLANTIC Hotel at the horse racing track in Ludwig-Roselius-Allee 2 in 28329 Bremen. We have booked the Turflounge + other rooms for the tournament weekend.
It is possible to book special contingent prices for the tournament in the hotel from Friday 02.09 to Sunday 04.09. A single room costs € 92 per night and a double room € 112 per night including breakfast.

the contingent for the tabletop event has now been activated by the hotel and can be booked by the participants.

Participation:
Participants must transfer the participation fees to PayPal or account details that you received in the registration email. With receipt of the money you will secure a fixed starting place (first come ...). If you have purchased a ticket and should cancel a maximum of one month before the event, we will of course transfer the participation fee back, after which it will be included in the prices, etc. It is possible to name a substitute participant until shortly before the tournament.
You also have to register for the tournament at tabletop.to. This tool is used to publish the pairings and upload the lists of all participants.
We will discuss some of these lists in detail before the tournament in our podcast.
All links to the tickets and tabletop.to will be communicated to you again in the registration email.

Catering:
The starting price includes two lunch meals in the form of a buffet. These are starters, main courses and desserts. It is ensured that the lunch breaks are correspondingly generous so that you can also make full use of the meals;). Drinks must be paid for separately over the entire weekend. Otherwise we can all have a meal together in the hotel restaurant on Friday and Saturday evening and you can buy small snacks at the hotel bar during the day of the tournament. The hotel bar is located in the Turflounge, where the whole tournament also takes place. You can also order drinks such as water, soft drinks and beer throughout the day. An exact price list will be distributed by email.
It is not allowed to have your own food and drinks at the venue, after all, we are guests in the hotel.

Rules
The game is played according to the current Organized Play document from Atomic Mass Games in the Swiss system. The duration of one round is 180 minutes.

Your army consists of a maximum of 800 points from a faction and 12 battle cards (4 objective, deployment and condition cards each).
Since this is a tournament in competitive format, all the rules of the AMG tournament document also apply. It is played according to the advanced structure.

All units can be played whose full rules are officially spoiled by AMG until the list is submitted and an official miniature of which is available until the day of the tournament.

What to bring:

Your army with all associated fully assembled figures and all tokens, markers, cards. Bring original dice and original measuring tools.
The figures only have to be assembled, we do not yet insist on an obligation to paint.
Proxies are not allowed, but nice conversions are welcome. "Count As" models are allowed if they are consistent, for example pretty 3D prints. However, it must be clear at all times which model is supposed to represent what. If in doubt, clarify with the organization beforehand. There will be multiple awards for Best Painted Army, so bring nice armies!

There will be a separate prize at the end of the tournament for the most beautiful record you have brought with you.
