Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung ist nur über T3 möglich, der Startplatz ist mit Eingang des Startgeldes und der Teamliste reserviert.

Startgeld
Das Startgeld wird vollständig als Siegpreise wieder ausgeschüttet.
Eine Rückerstattung ist daher leider nicht möglich, Startplätze können aber übertragen werden.

Daten zur Überweisung des Startgelds erhaltet ihr mit der Anmeldebestätigung.

Spielmaterial
Jeder sollte alle benötigten Spielmaterialien mitbringen, insbesondere Fahrzeug-Modelle, Schablonen, Würfel und Marker. Es müssen keine offiziellen Lizenzprodukte benutzt werden, Schablonen müssen diesen aber in Form und Größe entsprechen, verwendete Symbole auf Würfeln und Markern müssen eindeutig zuzuordnen sein.

Fahrzeug-Modelle
Fahrzeug-Modelle müssen dem gängigen HotWheels-Maßstab von 1:64 entsprechen oder die übliche Spurweite von 3 bis 4 cm einhalten. Falls ihr euch unsicher seid, ob eure Modelle diesen Maßen genügen, könnt ihr das gern durch uns überprüfen lassen. Die erforderlichen Daten dazu erhaltet ihr mit der Anmeldung.
Die eingesetzten Waffensysteme und Aufrüstungen sollten am Modell deutlich erkennbar sein. Soweit dies nicht der Fall ist, sind die Mitspieler vor Spielbeginn darauf gezielt hinzuweisen.

Regeln
Es gelten die Regeln in der Gaslands Refuelled-Druckausgabe in Kombination mit der aktuellen FAQ (https://gaslands.com/downloads/Gaslands-Refuelled-FAQ.pdf)
Mit Ausnahme aller hier abweichend getroffenen Regelungen gelten die Organized Play BETA-Regeln (https://gaslands.com/downloads/Gaslands-Organised-Play.pdf).

Teams und Teamlisten
Gespielt wird mit Teamlisten zu je 50 Cans. Pro Spieler ist nur eine Liste zulässig, die in allen drei Szenarien einzusetzen ist.
Die Liste ist vorab über T3 an den Orga-Kontakt Minotaure999 oder an die E-Mail-Adresse zu schicken, die du der Anmeldebestätigung entnehmen kannst. Zur Erstellung ist der Teamgenerator http://lukerazor.dx.am/GTB/GRTB_inline.html zu nutzen.

Während des Turniers ist ein Ausdruck der gespielten Liste bereit zu halten und Mitspielern jederzeit zur Einsicht zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Szenarien
Gespielt werden drei Szenarien an ebensovielen Tischen: Death Race, Arena of Death und Zombie Bash. Jeder Spieler spielt einmal jedes Szenario. Dabei wird durch die Orga sicher gestellt, dass die Zusammensetzung der Spieler in jeder Runde möglichst unterschiedlich ist.

Wahl des schönsten Teams
Zudem werden wir einen Mal-/Umbau-/Abgefahrenstes Team - Contest durchführen. Während der Mittags-Pause können alle Teilnehmenden aus den teilnehmenden Teams das "schönste" wählen & ihre Stimme via Stimmzettel abgeben. Bei Gleichstand gibt der Judge die letzte & finale Stimme. Der Gewinner des Contests wird ebenfalls ein kleines Präsent erhalten.

Registration
Registration is limited to T3, participation is guaranteed after we received your entry fee and team list.

Entry Fee
All entry fees will be distributed amongst the players as awards.
Therefore a payback will not be possible. But you can nominate another participant if you're not able to attend.

You'll get the necessary data for wiring the entry fee within your confirmation of registration.

Accessories
Everyone should bring required accessories on his own including vehicle models, templates, dice and markers. There's no need to use officially licensed products, but templates must be of official size and shape, symbols on dice and markers must be clearly attributable to their function.

Vehicle Models
Vehicle Models must correspond to the usual HotWheels scale of 1:64 or the usual tread width of 3 to 4 cm.
If you're unsure if your models meet this regulation we gladly will verify this. You'll get the necessary data for that within your confirmation of registration.

Weapon systems and upgrades should be clearly visible on the models. If this is not the case, this is to be pointed out to all players prior to every match.

With the exception of all differing regulations within this document the Organised Play BETA-Rules (https://gaslands.com/downloads/Gaslands-Organised-Play.pdf) apply.

Teams und Team Lists
Team lists used for this tournament are to be build with 50 cans. Every player has to use the same list in all three scenarios.
The list ist to be sent in advance to the T3 contact Minotaure999 or via Email to the address provided within your confirmation of registration.

For the duration of the tournament every player has to keep a print of the list at hand for reference by the other players.

Scenarios
Three scenarios will be played on an equal number of tables: Death Race, Arena of Death and Zombie Bash. Every player has to play every scenario once. The orga makes sure that the composition of players for each match is as different as possible.

Contest for the most beautiful Team
We will hold a contest for the most beautiful team. Within the lunch break every participant may vote by casting a ballot. In case of a tie the vote of the judge will turn the balance. The winner will get a little award, too.
