Ort:
Das Turnier findet am Samstag, den 02.11.19 und 03.11.19 im Rahmen der "29. Oldenburger Spieletage" statt, die im Gymnasium Eversten in Oldenburg am Sa. 02.11.19 und So. 03.11.19 veranstaltet werden. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Eine nahe Anbindung zur Autobahn besteht in etwa 2 Km Entfernung (Abfahrt OL- Haarentor oder OL- Eversten). Oldenburg bietet eine nicht kleine Auswahl an Hotels und Pensionen sowie eine Jugendherberge als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für auswärtige Gäste. Der Veranstaltungsort lässt sich über die Buslinien der VWG Nr. 324 und 329 erreichen.

Teilnahme:
Bedingung für die Teilnahme ist die Zahlung des Teilnahmebeitrags 20€ pro Spieler auf das Konto, das dir mit der automatisch generierten Teilnahmebestätigung angezeigt wird. Alternativ kannst du den Teilnehmerbeitrag auch über Paypal mit der "Freunden-Geld-senden-Funktion" an paypal.me/FinnPm überweisen. Durch die Überweisung bis zum 26.10.19 wird dein Teilnahmeplatz sicher (sofern es noch Plätze gibt: wer zuerst kommt...). Solltest du den Beitrag überwiesen haben und dich bis maximal 7 Tage vor der Veranstaltung abmelden, überweisen wir den Teilnahmebeitrag natürlich zurück, anschließend fließt er in die Preise, etc. ein. Sollte jemand kurzfristig krank werden, kann er einen Ersatzspieler benennen, der seinen Platz einnimmt oder im kommenden Jahr gratis teilnehmen.

Verpflegung:
Im Rahmen der Oldenburger Spieletage wird eine Snackbar betrieben, an der ihr kalte und heiße Getränke und Snacks erwerben könnt. Zudem ergänzt eine mobile Suppenküche mit leckeren Eintöpfen die Veranstaltung. In der Nähe gibt es einen Edeka-Supermarkt, Bäckerei-Filialen und Imbiss-Buden. Der Konsum von alkoholischen Getränken ist im Veranstaltungshaus nicht gestattet.

Regeln
Gespielt wird nach dem aktuellen Organized Play Dokument von Fantasy Flight Games im Schweizer System. Die Dauer einer Runde beträgt 135 Minuten.

Eure Armee besteht aus maximal 800 Punkten einer Fraktion sowie 12 Gefechtskarten (jeweils 4 Einsatzziel-, Aufstellungs- und Bedingungskarten).
Da dies ein offizielles RPQ ist, finden auch alle Regeln des Turnierdokumentes von FFG Anwendung. Es wird nach der Advanced Struktur gespielt.

Mitzubringen :

Eure Armee mit allen dazugehörigen vollständig zusammengebauten Figuren und alle Tokens, Marker, Karten. Original Würfel und Messwerkzeuge sind mitzubringen.
Die Figuren müssen nur zusammengebaut sein, noch bestehen wir nicht auf eine Bemalpflicht.
Proxies sind nicht erlaubt, schöne Umbauten sind aber gerne gesehen. Es wird mehrere Preise für Best Painted Army geben, also bringt schöne Armeen mit!
Eine Armeeliste ist bis zum 27.10.19 an die E-Mail Adresse finn.peemueller12@gmail.com zu senden.
Dazu gehören auch alle Command und Missionskarten. Diese Liste muss in genau der Form auch in dem gesamten Event gespielt werden.

Zusätzlich sind Teilnehmer dazu eingeladen eigenes Gelände mitzubringen, damit wir auch für ein größeres Turnier das beste Spielerlebnis sicherstellen können.
Für die schönsten mitgebrachte Platte wird es einen eigenen Preis am Ende des Turniers geben.
Für bessere Planung bitte ich vorher anzumelden, wer Gelände mitbringen möchte, damit wir entsprechend alles vorbereiten können. Ebenfalls bitten wir um ein rechtzeitiges Erscheinen am Turniertag, damit das Turnier mit aufgebautem Gelände pünktlich starten kann.

Location:

The Event is on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2019 and is hosted on the 29th "Oldenburger Spieletage" (Boardgame Convention), which is held in the school Gymnasium Eversten in Oldenburg. There is free parking at the school available. There is a Highway Connection 2 km away with the exit OL- Haartentor or OL-Eversten. Oldenburg has many hotels or hostel to choose from. You can travel by train to Oldenburg main station and take afterwards the bus ; the lines nr 324 or 329.

Participation:
To particapate at the event you have to pay 20€ on the bank account you got with your conformationemail. Alternative you can pay via paypal send to friend option with this link: paypal.me/FinnPm. You have to pay until the 26th of October to participate at the RPQ. You can get your money back if you decline you participation until the 26th of October as well.

Catering:
As part of the "Olderburger Spieletage" there going to be a bar, where you can get cold and warm drinks and little snacks. Furthermore there will be soup kitchen for lunch and there are severall supermarkets, backery near the locations. There is no alcohol allowed on the whole location area.

Rules:
We play with the newest Organized Plac documents by FFG first in Swiss Format and doing a final two player cut in the end.
The length of a game is 135 minutes.
Your Army consists of up to 800 points of one faction and 12 battledeck cards ( 4 objectives, 4 deployments and 4 conditions)

You have to bring:

Your army including all completly built minitures with all tokens, markers and cards you need for playing.
Original dice and measurement tools are required to bring.
Your minitures have to be completly built, but of coures would be a completly painted army nice to see.
Conversion are welcomed but no proxies allowed, a rebell trooper is not a stromtrooper for example.
There gonna be prices for best painted armies.
You have to send your complete army list with all the information including command cards and battle deck cards until the 27th of October at the emailadress finn.peemueller12@gmail.com

Furthermore any player can bring one set of his own terrain to this event, just so all of you can get the best experience with the best terrain as possible. There will be prices for the best looking tables.
For betting planning just let me know, if you want to bring one set of terrain with you, so we can prepare anything else. Please consinder beeing on time at the tournament, so you can set up the table in time and the event can start as planed.
