News2024-02-06 18:13Info zu Rulings Nach dem Update gibt es einige sehr viel diskutierte Interaktionen und Rulings-fälle, die ich hier kurz ansprechen möchte: Rulings: 1. Zwei Walder Frey (Walder Walder) Wenn beide Spieler in der gleichen Runde Walders Fähigkeit nutzen, um in der nächsten Runde Startspieler zu werden, wird derjenige Startspieler, der in der folgenden Runde zweiter Spieler wäre. 2. Walder und Outflank Wenn ein Spieler mit einer zurückgestellten Einheit mit Outflank die einmalige Fähigkeit von Walder nutzt, kann er in der folgenden Runde die Einheit mit Outflank auf das Schachtfeld bringen und wird dann Startspieler durch den Effekt von Strategic Alliance. 3. Eddard Stark NCU und Motivated by Coin Wenn ein Spieler zwei Einheiten mit Motivated by Coin hat und der Gegner Eddard Stark NCUs Influence auf eine der Einheiten mit Motivated bei Coin angelegt hat, hebt Eddards „Hand’s Orders“ den Effect von Motivated by Coin auf. Grund: Die Taktik Zone könnte in dem Moment zwei Einheiten als Ziel haben und der Spieler wählt das Ziel aus (siehe Targeting Regeln). ——— 1. Two Walder Frey (Walder Walder) If both players use Walder's ability in the same round to become the starting player in the next round, the player who would normally be second player in the following round, becomes starting player. 2. Walder and Outflank If a player with a held-back unit with Outflank uses Walder's once-per-game ability, they can bring the unit with Outflank onto the battlefield in the following round and will then become the starting player through the effect of Strategic Alliance. 3. Eddard Stark NCU and Motivated by Coin If a player has two units with Motivated by Coin and the opponent has applied Eddard Stark NCU's Influence to one of the units with Motivated by Coin, Eddard's "Hand's Orders" negates the effect of Motivated by Coin. Reason: The tactic zone could have two units as targets at that moment, and the player chooses the target (see Targeting Rules). written by RustyMcClean 2024-02-06 18:08 Letzte Infos / Last Info Noch eine Woche - hier die letzten Infos. Wir sind Stand heute 60 Spieler! Großartig, das erste große Turnier seit dem S04 Update, wir sind unendlich stolz. Es kamen ein paar Fragen, die ich hier schnell beantworten möchte: 1. Geländewahl bleibt Spielerwahl, nicht zufällig und auch nicht nach Battlefield Layouts (neu). 2. Die Game Modes und deren Reihenfolge bleiben ebenfalls. Clash of Kings steht nicht in der neuen Liste der empfohlenen Turnier Game Modes von CMON. Entweder ist das ein Fehler oder der Modus ist raus, weil er abhängig vom Commander ist. Wir bleiben aber für das Turnier dabei und wollen in der finalen Runde einen epischen Clash eurer Commander sehen. Gern beim Listen bauen berücksichtigen. 3. Turnier-Punkte und Berechnung der Runden über Stats läuft so wie vorher auch. In dem Turnierdokument auf CMONs Seite, steht nichts mehr von Sekundärpunkten etc. Nach Absprache mit Carlo von Stats, wird die Berechnung in Stats vorerst nicht geändert, da eine gute Chance besteht, dass das Dokument fehlerhaft ist. Crushing Victories etc. bleiben also wichtig für die Wertung. 4. In unserem Discord haben wir eine Kooperation für gedruckte und geschnittene Kartenupdates gestartet. Falls die Bestellung noch bis zum Turnier ankommt, werden wir eure Bestellungen am Samstag, 10.02. zwischen 8:15 und 8:45 Uhr in der Event Location ausgeben können. Danach konzentrieren wir uns auf das Turnier und für rechtzeitiges Sleeven ist es dann wohl zu spät. 5. Die Fraktionsverteilung in T3 ist nicht mehr ganz aktuell. Seit dem Update haben mehrere angesprochen, dass sie ihr Fraktion wechseln wollen. Wir haben da nicht den genauen Überblick. Wenn ihr wechselt/ gewechselt habt, schaut bitte mal, ob das in T3 aktuell ist und ändert das entsprechend. 6. Es ist leider noch nicht sicher, dass die Armored Bear Tokens rechtzeitig ankommen, die vor Ort verkauft werden sollen. Wir arbeiten dran. Wir freuen uns sehr auf euch und eure brandheißen Listen hier in Hamburg! ———- "Last updates on the War in the North Just one more week - here are the latest details. As of today, we have 60 players! Fantastic, the first major tournament since the S04 update, and we are incredibly proud. There were a few questions that I'd like to quickly address here: 1. Terrain choice remains player-driven, not random, and not based on Battlefield layouts (new). 2. The game modes and their order also remain unchanged. Clash of Kings is not in the new list of recommended tournament game modes from CMON. Either it's a mistake, or the mode is excluded due to its dependency on the Commander. However, we'll stick with it for the tournament and want to see an epic clash of your Commanders in the final round. Please consider this when building your lists. 3. Tournament points and round calculations via Stats will continue as before. The tournament document on CMON's site no longer mentions secondary points, etc. After consulting with Carlo from Stats, the calculation in Stats will not be changed for now, as there is a good chance that the document is flawed. So, Crushing Victories, etc., remain crucial for scoring. 4. In our Discord, we've initiated a collaboration for printed and cut card updates. If the order arrives before the tournament, we'll distribute your orders on Saturday, 10/02/24, between 8:15 and 8:45 am at the event location. After that, we'll focus on the tournament, and it might be too late for timely sleeving. 5. The faction distribution in T3 is not entirely up to date. Since the update, several have expressed a desire to change factions. We don't have the exact overview. If you've switched or plan to switch, please check if it's updated in T3 and make the necessary changes. 6. It's unfortunately not certain yet if the Armored Bear Tokens, intended to be sold on-site, will arrive on time. We're working on it. We're looking forward to seeing you and your hot lists here in Hamburg! written by RustyMcClean 2024-01-19 19:41 Infos für War of the North in Hamburg (English version below) Lieber Teilnehmer, liebe Teilnehmerin am War of the North in Hamburg, unser großes Wochenende rückt näher, wir sind fast voll und rechnen mit unglaublichen 60 Teilnehmer:innen (Bleibt bitte alle gesund und macht nochmals Werbung für die letzten zwei Plätze). Wie krass, dass wir aus dem Stand so ein Riesending mit euch auf die Beine stellen können, Danke! Es erwartet euch ein kompetitives Turnier, das trotzdem Platz für Anfänger bietet. Einige der besten deutschen Song Spieler sind am Start und kämpfen um den Titel des King in the North. Es sind vier internationale Spieler aus Rotterdam und ein Gast aus den USA dabei: Content Creator „Imperial Minis“ kommt den ganzen Weg über den großen Teich und wird einige Spiele an einem separaten Skirmish Tisch machen. BattleReports, Sponsoren, Loot, nette Leute und die typische Hits and Crits Atmosphäre erwarten euch hier in Hamburg! Damit es das großartige Event wird, das wir geplant haben, wollen wir euch hier ein paar wichtige Infos zukommen lassen. Listen eintragen auf Stats und Deadline Viele von euch haben sich schon auf Stats eingetragen. Bitte tragt euch so bald wie möglich ein. Die Listen müssen bereits am 03.02.2024 eingetragen sein, danach werden sie geschlossen. Grund hierfür ist zum einen, dass wir uns noch etwas Luft für die Orga gönnen wollen und ab dem Zeitpunkt Unklarheiten zu Listen abgeschlossen sind, so dass wir damit in der Woche vor dem Turnier schonmal keine Arbeit mehr mit haben. Zum anderen besteht ja die Möglichkeit eines Updates im Februar. Es wird die Version der Regeln und Einheiten gelten, die bis zum Listenschluss aktuell ist. Sollte danach ein Update kommen, wird mit der Version die bis 03.02.2024 Gültigkeit hatte gespielt. Wir sehen uns nicht in der Lage in einer Woche alle eventuellen Updates für Ruling und Anfragen zu organisieren. Wir hoffen auf eure Mitarbeit und euer Verständnis. Ablauf am Samstag, 10. Februar 2024: Bei so vielen Teilnehmern, dauert der Anfang schnell mal länger. 1. Kommt daher bitte bis 9:00 Uhr an der Location an. Haupteingang des Gymnasiums Farmsen von der Straße Swebenhöhe aus. Wir wollen um 9:40 mit der allgemeinen Begrüßung starten, davor solltet ihr euch angemeldet, bereits euren ersten Tisch gefunden und euch dort eingerichtet haben. 2. Ihr werdet am Haupteingang einzeln begrüßt, müsst euch dann in eine Liste eintragen, unterschreiben ob Fotos von euch gemacht werden dürfen (z.B. Siegerehrung) und angeben, ob und an welchem Painting Contest ihr teilnehmen wollt: - Best Painted Army (eine eurer eingereichten Armeelisten) - Best Painted Unit (Infanterie, Kavalerie, Kriegsmaschinen…) - Best Painted Single Miniature (Attachments, Solos, NCUs). — Alle eingereichten Minis müssen Teil einer eurer beiden Listen sein. Eine Mini kann nicht in mehreren Contests starten, außer natürlich als Teil der Best Painted Army. — 3. Findet nach Ankunft bitte euren ersten Spieltisch. Paarungen werden am Vorabend auf Stats ausgelost und sind ab da einsehbar, inklusive Tischnummer (Spiel 1 = Tisch 1). Richtet euch dort noch vor der allgemeinen Begrüßung um 9:40 ein und baut eure Armeen und Zubehör auf! Legt eure beiden Listen in Papierform dort bereit für euren Gegner. 4. Um 9:40 allgemeine Begrüßung durch Hits and Crits. 5. 10 Uhr Spielbeginn Runde 1. 6. Nach dem ersten Spiel um 12 Uhr beginnt die Mittagspause (Mittagessen ist in Gebühr inbegriffen) und danach die letzten beiden Runden für den Samstag. 7. Nach der dritten Runde werden die Sieger der Painting Contests gekürt. 8. Im Anschluss daran geht es zur „AfterParty“, heisst zum gemeinsamen Essen und Socializing im Bar-Restaurant Feuervogel, Wandsbeker Chaussee (Anmeldung über GoogleDocs, siehe unten!) Gemeinsames Essen und Socializing Hits and Crits hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt die Song Community (nicht nur in Norddeutschland) zusammen zu bringen. Ihr folgt dem Ruf nach Hamburg und wir wollen euch an einen Tisch setzen! Dazu haben wir einen großen, separaten Raum im Feuervogel in der Wandsbeker Chaussee fürs Essen, Trinken, Socializen am Samstag Abend reserviert. Die Location ist sowohl Restaurant, als auch Cocktail Bar und ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Turnier entfernt (oder 30 min mit Öffis, UBahn Wandsbeker Chaussee ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt vom Restaurant). Es gibt die Möglichkeit individuell von der Karte zu bestellen, oder aber ein Special vorzubestellen: ab 10 Personen bereiten die Wirte einen Burger nach Wahl inklusive einem Cocktail nach Wahl und einem Shot für zusammen 19,90 € für uns vor. Klingt fair. Ab 21 Uhr ist Cocktail Happy Hour. Bier gibt‘s aber auch. Keine Garantie. - Im Bramfelder Weg selber kann man ebenfalls im hinteren Teil auf der Seite am Staßenrand parken. - Ihr müsst dann von der Swebenhöhe aus den Haupteingang nutzen, eventuell erst ausladen, dann vernünftigen Parkplatz suchen. Please arrive at the venue by 9:00 AM at the main entrance of Gymnasium Farmsen on Swebenhöhe Street. We aim to start the general welcome at 9:40, so ensure you've registered, found your first table, and set up before then. 2. Upon arrival, you'll be individually greeted at the main entrance. No guarantees. On Bramfelder Weg itself, you can also park in the rear part on the roadside. - From Swebenhöhe, use the main entrance, possibly unload first, then find a suitable parking space.
