| Description: | We are sorry to announce that we have to chancel the Bavarian Moschpit Con cos of unexpected and sad reasons. The most of you might have witnessed the actual refugee situation in Germany and especially in Munich/Bavaria. The most of you know that our location is rented from the Catholic Church (which is also one of the most important parts of the welfare work in Germany) and through a chain of unexpected accidents, we got the message that the location will be needed for the Kindergarden St. Nikolaus, today. The Kindergarden is overall infected with mildew and needs a total restoration, which will need up to three month (a newspaper article can be found in the link, at the end of this post). Under normal circumstances this would be no problem, cos there would be more than enough other options either for us or the Kindergarden, but with the actual refugee situation no other rooms which would be suitable for such an event, will be free, cos all of them are either already rented for this date, or are used as an emergency refugee shelter.
The Location will not be available till the end of 2015.
We will be able to post more information on Wednesday, cos we might be able to offer the players who have already payed there entry fee something else, which will be related to the Bavarian Masters 2016. If you are not from Germany and have already booked a flight and payed the entry fee, please contact us via BavarianMasters@gmx.de , cos of you travel expanses. All other players please wait till Wednesday, before drowning us with mails. We are sorry to announce this this shortly, but we got the final information about it on Saturday the 3rd October. If you are signed up till now we will also contact you via an e-mail. There will be a 24 player Steamroller event at the 24th October in the Local Gamestore in Munich.
