Willkommen zum Erfourty'K 2022

Nach fast zweijähriger Pause lädt Team Erfurt Euch wieder zum Warhammer 40K Turnier in die schöne Blumenstadt ein.

Der Verkauf der Tickets startet am 01.04.22.
Aktuell stehen wir noch in Verhandlungen mit zwei Hotels in der Nähe bezüglich eines guten Angebots; bis zum Verkaufsstart sollte dies geklärt sein.

- es sind 120 standardisierte Tische (Bilder kommen noch per Mail mit den Missionen)

Im Startgeld enthalten sind eine Wasser- und Kaffeeflat,
am Freitagabend ein Thüringer Grillabend, sowie für Samstag und Sonntag je ein Mittagessen nach Wahl (hierfür bekommt ihr eine E-Mail mit den Gerichten die zur Auswahl stehen, diese muss uns bis zum 30.10.22 mit eurer Wahl beantwortet werden)

DETAILS

Infos zu Regeln und Missionen erhaltet Ihr am 23.04.22

Regel-Deadline wird der 30.10.22 sein.

Die Listenabgabe muss bis zum 06.11.22 um 23:59 Uhr erfolgen.


Armeelisten

Die Armeeliste muss auf BEST COAST PAIRINGS geladen werden.

Hierzu bekommt Ihr noch eine zusätzliche Mail mit einem Link.


Bemalung

Wir möchten allen Spielern etwas für’s Auge bieten, daher müssen alle Modelle vollständig bemalt und gebased sein.
Das Erscheinungsbild der Armee sowie der Bases soll dabei einheitlich sein - d.h. bitte keine zusammengeliehenen Armeen, keine nur grundierten, halb fertig bemalten Modelle oder Ähnliches.
Modelle (oder auch ganze Armeen) die diesem Standard nicht gerecht entsprechen, werden nach Orga-Entscheid aus dem Turnier ausgeschlossen. Wenn Ihr unsicher seid, wendet Euch bitte an

Desweiteren gilt WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), d.h. jedes Modell muss klar erkennbar sein, ebenso muss erkennbar sein, welche Waffe/n es trägt. Ausrüstungen wie Granaten oder Umhänge müssen nicht dargestellt werden.
Hübsche Modelle und Umbauten sind gerne gesehen, jedoch muss klar ersichtlich sein, was diese darstellen. Solltest Du dir nicht sicher sein, ob deine Modelle nach diesen Regeln spielbar sind, frage bitte rechtzeitig VOR dem Turnier (am Besten mit Bildern) unter orga.team-erfurt@gmx.de nach.

Es gibt im Laufe des Turniers eine „Schönste Armee“-Wertung, wie diese genau von Statten geht werden wir Euch an entsprechender Stelle noch mitteilen, sicher ist allerdings, dass diese KEINEN EINFLUSS auf das Turnierergebnis nehmen wird, sondern lediglich eine separate Sonderwertung ist.


Anmeldung

Die Anmeldung findet über T3 <www.tabletopturniere.de> statt.
Für den Reibungslosen Ablauf am Turniertag und Eure aktuellen Pairings/Standings müsst Ihr euch bei BEST COAST PAIRINGS für das Turnier anmelden.

Startgeld

Die Höhe des Startgeldes beträgt 90€, eine Erstattung des Startgeldes ist bei Abmeldung bis 14 Tage vor dem Turnier möglich. (Sollte es noch Teilnehmer auf der Warteliste geben, werden wir sie kontaktieren, nach einem Ersatzspieler suchen und das Geld vollständig zurückerstatten)
Die Übertragung eines Startplatzes ist jederzeit und kostenfrei möglich - hierfür benötigen wir Vor-/Nach- und Nickname des Überträgers, sowie des Empfängers, wie diese auf T3 angegeben sind. Des Weiteren muss der Empfänger des Startplatzes zum Zeitpunkt der Übertragung bereits auf der Anmeldeliste vermerkt sein.

Sollte es zu einer Absage von Seiten des Vermieters kommen, oder das Turnier aufgrund der Bestimmungen zum Infektionsschutz oder anderweitig nicht stattfinden können, erstatten wir Euch den vollen Eintrittspreis.

Der Verantaltungsort ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen - vom Bahnhof aus innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit der S Bahn und 5 Minuten von der Autobahn mit dem Auto, zudem gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze Vorort.

Das Turnier ist ab 18. Minderjährige müssen von einem Erziehungsberechtigten begleitet werden.

Welcome to Erfourty'K 2022

After a break of almost two years, Team Erfurt invites you back for a Warhammer 40K tournament into the beautiful city of flowers.

Ticket sales will start on April 1st, 2022.
We are currently in negotiations with two nearby hotels regarding a good offer; this should be clarified by the time sales start.

The entry fee includes a water and coffee flat rate, a Thuringian BBQ evening on Friday, as well as a lunch of your choice for Saturday and Sunday (you will receive an E-mail with the dishes that are available for selection, this must be answered with your choice by October 30th, 2022)

You will receive information about rules and missions on 04/23/22.

Rule deadline will be 10/30/22.

The armylist must be submitted by November 6th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.



Armylists:
The armylists must be uploaded to BEST COAST PAIRINGS.
You will receive an additional E-mail with a link for this.


Painting:
We want to offer all players a joy to look at, so all models must be fully painted and based.
The appearance of the army and the bases should be uniform - i.e. no armies borrowed together, no just primed, half-painted models or the like. Models (or entire armies) that do not meet this standard will be excluded from the tournament after the decision of the organization. If you are unsure, please get in touch orga.team-erfurt@gmx.de

Furthermore, WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) applies, i.e. each model must be clearly recognizable, as must the weapon(s) it is carrying. Equipment such as grenades or capes do not have to be shown. Pretty models and conversions are always welcome, but it must be clear what they represent. If you are not sure whether your models can be played according to these rules, please inquire in good time BEFORE the tournament (preferably with pictures) at orga.team-erfurt@gmx.de.

During the tournament there will be a "Best Painted" rating, we will tell you exactly how this is done at an appropriate point, but one thing is certain: this will have NO INFLUENCE to the tournament result, just a separate special rating.

Sign up :
Registration takes place via T3 <www.tabletopturniere.de>. To ensure that the day of the tournament runs smoothly and your current pairings/standings, you must register for the tournament with BEST COAST PAIRINGS. You will receive an additional email for this.


Entry fee:
The amount of the entry fee is 90€, a refund of the entry fee is possible if you cancel your registration up to 14 days before the tournament. (Should there still be participants on the waiting list, we will contact them, find a replacement and give a full refund) The transfer of a starting place is possible at any time and free of charge - for this we need the first name, last name and nickname of the transmitter and the recipient, as stated on T3. Furthermore, the recipient of the starting place must already be noted on the registration list at the time of transmission.

If the lessor cancels or the tournament cannot take place due to the regulations on infection protection or otherwise, we will refund you the full entrance fee.

The venue is easy to reach by public transport - from the train station within 10 minutes by train and 5 minutes by car from the highway, there are also sufficient on-site parking lots.

The tournament is 18+. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian
