HTL – 3. NRW - Meisterschaft - Informationen und Regeln

Herzlich Willkommen beim Sauerländer Würfelsturm zur 3. NRW Meisterschaft.
Bitte lies dir diese Seite gut durch, damit du das Wochenende optimal planen kannst.

Die Teilnehmer erklären sich mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung einverstanden zur Erstellung von Bildaufnahmen ihrer Personen im Rahmen dieses Events,
sowie zur Verwendung und Veröffentlichung solcher Bildnisse zum Zwecke der öffentlichen Berichterstattung.
Eine entsprechende Erklärung wird am ersten Turniertag an euch ausgehändigt und muss unterschrieben werden.


1. Anmeldung

Euer Startplatz ist erst mit Überweisung der Startgebühr sicher.

Die Startgebühr in Höhe von 35 € ist von euch auf folgendes Konto zu überweisen:

Verwendungszweck: Der Hobbit + "Spielername"

Die Plätze werden dabei nach dem "First Come - First Serve" Prinzip vergeben.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit direkt vor Ort am Turniertag zu zahlen (siehe Abendkasse).
Ein Startplatz ist euch dabei jedoch nicht sicher.

Solltet ihr nach Zuweisung eines fixen Startplatzes doch absagen müssen,
findest du hier die Fristen für eine Rückerstattung der Turniergebühr:

Absage bis einschl. 17.01.2020: Volle Rückerstattung
Absage ab dem 18.01.2020: Keine Rückerstattung


2.Verpflegung:

Wir werden wieder unseren Grillstand aufbauen.
Es wird Würstchen, Steaks und vegetarische Alternativen geben.
Der Verkauf erfolgt zu einem kostengünstigen Preis.
In der Halle selbst gibt es die Möglichkeit belegte Brötchen und Kuchen zu erwerben.
Wie auch beim letzten Turnier ist in der Teilnahmegebühr eine Kaffeeflat mit inbegriffen.
Jeder darf sich wie immer selbst versorgen, wenn er dies bevorzugt.


3.Übernachtung

Übernachtung vor Ort:
In der Halle, in der das Turnier stattfindet, darf von Samstag auf Sonntag übernachtet werden.
Wenn ihr dies nutzen möchtet, bringt einfach Schlafsack und Isomatte (o. Ä.) mit.
Es kann auch im beheizten Teil der Halle übernachtet werden,
wobei ihr hier mit einem etwas verlängertem Beschallungspegel rechnen müsst.
Alternativ kann der unbeheizte Teil der Halle zur Übernachtung gewählt werden.
Dort kann es witterungsbedingt natürlich kälter sein. Bitte seit vorbereitet, damit alle gesund und munter das Wochenende überstehen.

Wichtig:
Teilnehmer unter 18 Jahren müssen die Übernachtung auf der Einverständniserklärung erlaubt bekommen.
Ohne den Zusatz dürfen wir euch nicht übernachten lassen! (s. obiges Formular)


4. Anfahrt
An der Halle stehen genug Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Es gibt Busverbindungen vom Bahnhof (Neheim-Hüsten) zur Schützenhalle in Müschede.
Diese können über die DB Homepage eingesehen werden.


5. Haftungsausschluss

Jeder Teilnehmer erkennt diese mit seiner Anmeldung ausdrücklich an.

Jeder Turnierteilnehmer erklärt sich damit einverstanden, dass er für Schäden oder sonstige Unfälle,
die er verursacht, selbst verantwortlich ist, und auch für den entstandenen Schaden aufkommt.
Die Turnierleitung übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Schäden oder Unfälle!
Außerdem übernimmt die Turnierleitung nicht die Verantwortung für eventuelle aufkommende Stornierungsgebühren für Hotels,
Anreise oder dergleichen, falls das Turnier aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht stattfinden kann.

Minderjährige (unter 18 Jahre) dürfen nur in Begleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten am Turnier teilnehmen.
Die schriftliche Einverständniserklärung muss vor Beginn des Turniers an die Turnierveranstalter gesendet werden.

Welcome to the Sauerländer Würfelsturm for the 3rd NRW Championship.
Please read this page carefully, so that you can plan the weekend in an optimal way.

The Players agree with the participation in the event to take pictures of their persons during this event, as well as for the use and publication of these images for the purpose of public reporting.
A declaration to this effect will be provided for signature on the first day of the tournament.

1. Registration

Admission is only guaranteed with the transfer of the entry fee.

You have to transfer the starting fee of 35 € to the following account:

Purpose: The Hobbit + "Player name".

The places will be allocated according to the "First Come - First Serve" system.
It's possible to pay directly on the day of the tournament.
However, you are not sure of a admission.

Should you have to cancel after a fixed admission,
these are the deadlines for a refund of the tournament fee:

Cancel until 17.01.2020 incl.: Full refund
Cancel from 18.01.2020: No refund

2. Catering:

We will build up our barbecue again.
There will be sausages, steaks and vegetarian alternatives.
The sale will take place at a reasonable price.
In the hall there will be the possibility to buy buns and cakes.
Coffee and water flat is included in the participation fee.
Of course, everyone is allowed to take care of himself if he prefers.

3. Overnight stay

Overnight stay on location:
The room in which the tournament takes place may be used for overnight stays from Saturday to Sunday. If you want to use this, simply bring your sleeping bag and mattress (or similar) with you.
It is also possible to stay overnight in the heated part of the location,
which means you're gonna have to expect some extended audio levels.
Alternatively you can choose the unheated part of the location.
There it can be obviously colder due to the weather. Please be prepared so that everyone will finish the weekend happy and healthy.

Important:
Persons under the age of 18 must be allowed to stay overnight on the declaration of consent. We are not allowed to let you stay overnight without the additional permit!

4. Arrival
There are plenty of parking areas in the location.
There is a bus connection from the train station (Neheim-Hüsten) to the Schützenhalle in Müschede. These can be checked on www.DB.de!

5. Disclaimer of liability

Each participant accepts this with his registration explicit.

Each participant agrees that he is responsible for damages or other accidents,
that he causes, is responsible for himself, and also for the damage resulted.
The tournament administration assumes no liability for damages or accidents!
In addition, the tournament management does not assume any responsibility for possible cancellation fees for hotels, arrival or something similar, if the tournament cannot take place for any reason.

Minors (under 18 years) may only participate in the tournament if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The written declaration of consent must be sent to the tournament organizers before the start of the tournament.
