Nordisch Masters 2020 - Information and Rules

Am 01.01.2020 um 20 Uhr beginnt die Anmeldung für die kommenden Nordisch Masters. Die ersten auf der Liste, plus die Veteranen von der Weser (Namen sind auf Page5 einzusehen) sowie ungefähr ein Dutzend geladener Gäste bekommen im Laufe des Januars meine PayPal-Daten, dürfen 40€ Startgebühr überweisen und sind dann erst mal save. Nach der RheinCon frage ich dann ab, wer bei uns essen und schlafen möchte und fordere dann das entsprechende weitere Geld ein. Wer bis zur RheinCon absagt, kriegt sein Geld -5€ zurück, wer bis 31.03. absagt kriegt sein Geld -15€ zurück, wer nach dem 15.04. absagt spendet sein Geld an mich. Wer ein Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt hat, erhält dieses Geld nur zurück, wenn ein entsprechender Nachrücker die Buchung übernimmt (und bezahlt). Wer mir Geld zukommen lässt, ohne dazu berechtigt zu sein, der spendet mir dieses Geld und hat keinen Anspruch auf Erstattung.

On January the 1. at 20:00 o'clock, registration for upcoming Nordisch Masters will open. The first 44 on the registration list, the veterans and roughly 12 invited guests will recieve an email with the payment informations and can pay 40€ entrance fee, to secure their participation. After RheinCon (early March), I will ask you if youd like to eat and sleep at our venue, and will collect the additional money. If you cancel a paid participation before RheinCon, you will recieve the fee -5€ back, if you cancel before 31.03.2020, you will recieve the fee -15€ back, if you cancel after 15.04.2020, your money is lost. If you have to cancel after booking acommodation, you will only get this money back, if your spareplayers takes over the acommodation option.
