Der Fachbereich TG PLAY der Turngemeinde Herford und die "104th Wolfs Command" laden alle Star Wars Legion Spieler herzlich zum Turnier "Battle of Anaxes 1" im Rahmen der German Tabletop Championships (GTC) ein. Das Turnier findet im Van der Valk Hotel in Melle statt und verspricht zwei Tage voller epischer Star Wars Legion-Schlachten.

Turnierdetails:

- Teilnehmerzahl: Maximal 160 Spieler
- Spiele: 5 Spiele (3 am Samstag, 2 am Sonntag)
- Format: Einzelspieler (kein Team-Event)
- Spielpaarungen:
- Erste Runde: Zufällig
- Runden 2-5: Schweizer System
- Punktewerte: Standard Star Wars Legion Punktegrenzen (1.000-Punkte-Spiele laut Legion-Regeln)
- Spielfeldgröße: 72”x36” (Standardgröße für 1.000-Punkte-Spiele)

Armee-Listen:
- Alle Armee-Listen müssen bis zum 10.10.2025, 20:00 Uhr (MEZ) über NewRecruit eingereicht werden. Die Listen müssen alle Einheiten, Aufwertungen und Kommandos gemäß den Plattformvorgaben enthalten. Alle eingereichten Listen sind während des Events für die Teilnehmer sichtbar.

Preise und Auszeichnungen:
- Podiumsplätze: 1., 2. und 3. Platz (Best Players)
- Best Painted Army: Von den Spielern gewählt
- Best Game Table: Von den Spielern gewählt

Modellanforderungen:
- Bases: Alle Miniaturen müssen auf den richtigen Bases gemäß den Legion-Regeln stehen. Alternative Base-Optionen (z.B. Basiserweiterungen oder Trays) sind nach eigenem Ermessen des Spielers erlaubt.
- Proxies: Alternativmodelle (inkl. 3D-Drucke) sind erlaubt, müssen aber eindeutig erkennbar und leicht zu unterscheiden sein.

Wichtige Turnier-Meilensteine:
- 120 Teilnehmer: Eine Fotowand wird aufgestellt.
- 140 Teilnehmer: Imperiale Truppen begrüßen die Spieler am Eingang.
- 160 Teilnehmer: Jeder Spieler erhält ein besonderes Star Wars Legion-Geschenk.

Teilnahmegebühren:
- Gesamtkosten pro Spieler: 150,00 €
- Begleitpersonen: 126,00 € pro Begleitperson (ohne Übernachtung)
- Im Startpreis enthalten:
- 2x Mittagessen im Hotelrestaurant (Buffet inkl. Live-Cooking oder Menü des Küchenchefs, inkl. Kaffee, Tee, Tafelwasser und Säften)
- Softgetränke, Kaffee, Tee und Kekse während des Turniers

- Einzelzimmer (inkl. Frühstück): 101 € pro Nacht
- Doppelzimmer (inkl. Frühstück): 127 € pro Nacht
- Dreibett- oder Vierbettzimmer auf Anfrage
- Übernachtungen sind optional und nur direkt über das Hotel buchbar.

[EN] Tournament Description: GTC: Battle of Anaxes 1

The TG PLAY division of Turngemeinde Herford and the "104th Wolfs Command" warmly invite all Star Wars Legion players to our tournament "Battle of Anaxes 1" as part of the German Tabletop Championships (GTC). The tournament will take place at the Van der Valk Hotel in Melle and promises two days of epic Star Wars Legion battles.

Tournament Details:

- Participants: Maximum of 160 players
- Games: 5 games (3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday)
- Format: Individual (not team-based)
- Pairings:
- First round: Random
- Rounds 2-5: Swiss Draw
- Points Values: Standard Star Wars Legion point limits (1,000-point games as per Legion rules)
- Battlefield Size: 72”x36” (Standard size for 1,000-point games)

Army Lists:
- All army lists must be submitted by October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM CET via NewRecruit. Lists must include all units, upgrades, and command details as specified by the platform. All submitted lists will be visible to participants throughout the event.

Awards and Recognition:
- Podium Places: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (Best Players)
- Best Painted Army: Voted on by players
- Best Game Table: Voted on by players

Modeling Requirements:
- Bases: All miniatures must be on appropriate base sizes as per Legion rules. Alternative base options (e.g., base extenders, trays) are allowed at the player’s discretion.
- Proxies: Alternative models (including 3D-printed models) are allowed but must be clearly recognizable and easily distinguishable.

Key Tournament Milestones:
- 120 participants: A photo wall will be set up.
- 140 participants: Imperial troops will greet players at the entrance.
- 160 participants: Each player receives a special Star Wars Legion gift.

Entry Fees:
- Total Cost per Player: 150.00 €
- Additional Participant: 126.00 € per guest (excluding accommodation)
- Entry fee includes:
- 2x lunch at the hotel restaurant (buffet with live cooking or chef’s menu, including coffee, tea, mineral water, and juices)
- Soft drinks, coffee, tea, and cookies during the tournament
- Automatic entry into the raffle with numerous prizes
- Goodies and giveaways
- Discord server for communication & questions
- Competent referees and an experienced TO team
- Participation in the grand raffle
- GTC-design play mats (first 50% of players who fully paid can take one mat home!)
