The Lord Of Hermelijn MESBG Toernooi - Information and Rules

Welcome to our first official tournament for Middle-earth Strategy Battle Games, organised by Hermelijn Alost.

This is a beginner friendly tournament, with a lot of newer players so we encourage a more casual playstyle. Of course you can try your best to win but having fun should be priority number one.

You can park your cars at 'Keizershallen' for 4,50 euros for a full day.

In this tournament, we will be using armies of 650points, made from officially published armies, and any FAQ's in effect, as they are released by Games Workshop up to the 30th of July!

Armies are allowed from the following books: Armies of The Lord of the Rings, Armies of the Hobbit, Armies of Middle-earth, the Legacy documents found on Warhammer Community and any possible specialty armies released on Warhammer Community before the above deadline.

The deadline for army lists is the 24th of August. You cannot change anything after that. Please upload the document to this site, or send a message to Niels Van Geeteruyen on messenger, or TheRealNiel on Discord.

There are no painting requirements. You can play with a fully unpainted army, although we encourage participants to paint their army for a more immersive experience.

3D printed models are allowed, as long as the models represent (look like) the official models by GW.

The tournament will consist of 3 rounds and following the timetable as below:

Doors open at 9h30

Registration: 9h45 - 10h00

Round 1: 10h00 - 12h30

Lunch break: 12h30 - 13h00

Round 2: 13h00 - 15h30

Round 3: 15h45 - 18h15

Award Ceremony: 18h30

Practicalities:

Entry fee payment by Payconiq or cash the day of the event itself.
Entry fee for the event is 10 euro.

Drinks available at the venue. Food can be ordered at your own leisure.

There will be prize support for the Winner, and the Best Painted Army.
