Déroulement de la journée:

09h00 : ouverture des locaux et installation
10h00 : accueil des joueurs
10h15-11h30: round 1
11h45-13h00: round 2

13h00-13h45: repas
(les repas peuvent être pris sur place tant qu'il s'agit d'un repas sorti du sac et que les déchets sont évacués et les lieux laissés propres.)
PAS DE REPAS inclus dans la participation aux frais demandée, prévoir de ramener son repas ou d'aller commander dans l'un des fast-food proches)

14h00-15h15: round 3
15h30-16h45: round 4

17h00: réalisation du classement final et remise des lots.

Le format est de 20 points par escadron : 3 vaisseaux minimum, 8 maximum, 3 obstacles tous différents par joueur.
Chaque round (ou partie) durera entre 70 et 76 minutes (1h10 à 1h16 min) ou 12 tours, au premier des termes atteint, et nous utiliserons le format de la ronde suisse pour déterminer les appariements.
La méthode de scoring reprendra celle prévue par AMG, les victoires rapporteront 3 points, les nuls 1, les défaites 0.
Le SOS puis les totaux de points marqués à chaque ronde serviront de tie-breaker.

Merci de prévoir une copie papier de votre liste d'escadrille pour la présenter à vos adversaires en début de partie;

Nous utiliserons les règles du jeu telles qu'écrites dans les références des règles et les FAQ au jour du tournoi.

Les vaisseaux, pilotes et upgrades disponibles dans le commerce au jour du tournoi sont autorisés, sous réserve d'éligibilité au format standard (pas de cartes bannie, pas de carte étendue).
Si possible, merci de ramener une ou plusieurs map au cas ou l'organisation n'en ai pas assez :)

Course of the day:

09h00 : opening and preparation
10h00 : reception of the players
10h15-11h30: round 1
11h45-13h00: round 2

13h00-13h45: meals
(meals can be taken on site as long as it is a meal out of the bag and the waste is removed and the premises left clean.)
NO MEALS included in the participation fee, plan to bring your meal or order at one of the nearby fast-food restaurants)

14h00-15h15: round 3
15h30-16h45: round 4

17h00: completion of the final classification and delivery of the rewards.

The scoring method will resume as planned by AMG, wins will bring 3 points, draws 1, defeats 0.
The SOS then the total points scored in each round will serve as a tie-breaker.

Please provide a paper copy of your flight list to present to your opponents at the beginning of the game;

We will use the rules of the game as written in the rules references and FAQs on the day of the tournament.

Ships, pilots and upgrades available on the day of the tournament are allowed, subject to eligibility in the standard format (no cards banned, no extended card).
If possible, please bring one or more maps in case the organization does not have enough:)
