CORONA REGELN
Das Turnier findet in einem grösseren Keller der AXA Schaffhausen statt. Es hat 4 grosse Festbänke und ein weiteren, grossen Tisch. Pro Festbank spielen 4 Spieler (2 pro Seite), mit möglichst viel Abstand zwischen einander (sollten ca. 1.5Meter sein).

Desinfektionsmittel steht vor dem Eintritt in die Räumlichkeiten bereit. Bitte nutzt diese!
Schutzmasken haben wir keine, wenn jemand mit Schutzmaske spielen möchte, soll er diese bitte selbstständig organisieren/mitbringen.

Da beim Spielen die 2 Meter Abstand nicht eingehalten werden können, sind wir vom BAG aus verpflichtet, von allen Teilnehmern den Vor- und Nachnamen, sowie die Handy-Nummer zu notieren, für den Fall der Fälle. Wer dies nicht möchte, kann leider am Turnier nicht teilnehmen.

Handshake und Körperkontakt ist gemäss BAG zu vermeiden/untersagt. Fast bitte das Spielfeld und die Figuren des Gegenspielers so gut es geht nicht an, das Abheben des Kartendecks wird vom jeweiligen Eigentümer des Decks vorgenommen.

In den Räumlichkeiten selber kann nicht gegessen werden, Getränke gibt es vor Ort zu kaufen für CHF 2.50.
Für das Mittagessen gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten in der Stadt Schaffhausen, wie McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, unzählige Take Away's etc.
Für die entsprechenden Sicherheitsmassnahmen während der Mittagspause, ist jeder Spieler selbst verantwortlich.

Wer Krankheits-Symptome aufweist, bleibt zu hause und meldet sich unter beim Veranstalter ab! Die Kontaktdaten werden mitgeteilt.

Proxys/Gedruckte Karten/Würfel/Boardwahl
Wir erlauben alternative/proxy Miniaturen. Sie müssen vollständig zusammengebaut sein und erkennbar sein, wen sie von der Warband wiedergeben, zudem an der Base beschriftet sein. Bei kleineren Umbauten (Waffenoptionen, alternative Köpfe etc.) ist dies nicht notwendig. Bei stark abweichenden Figuren (z.B. Tzaangors als Cursebreaker), bitte vorher mit der ORGA Kontakt aufnehmen und ggf. Fotos schicken, um das Einverständnis einzuholen.

Offizielle Warhammer Underworld Karten. Kopien sind erlaubt, dürfen jedoch nicht als solche erkennbar sein während dem Spiel, benutzt also Sleeves!. Es gelten die aktuellen Regeln für "Restricted Lists" (Gebannte und eingeschränkte Karten, ). Offical Warhammer Underworld Cards, copies are allowed, but make shure they are not visible! Use Sleeves. The rules for "Restricted Lists" are in effect.

Nur offizielle Warhammer Underworld Würfel. Würfel, die vom Tisch fallen oder nicht plan liegen, müssen erneut geworfen werden. Würfelunterlagen dürfen genutzt werden. Wenn sich ein Spieler dazu entscheidet, müssen alle Würfel die NICHT in der Würfelunterlage landen, wiederholt werden. Dem Gegner steht es frei, ob er die Würfelunterlage nutzen will, oder nicht.

Der Spieler, der den Würfelwurf um die Boardwahl im ersten Game Verloren hat, zählt im zweiten Game automatisch, als hätte er den Würfelwurf gewonnen und kann somit entscheiden, ob er das erste Board legen will, oder nicht.
Wenn drei Spiele gespielt werden, wird beim dritten Spiel neugewürfelt.

Forbidden and Restricted List und Warbands
Die Decks müssen gemäss der aktuellen FAR Liste gebaut werden, welche am 03.07.2020 gültig ist.

Erlaubt sind alle Warbands inkl. Dreadfane, welche bis zum 03.07.2020 erschienen sind. Warbands, die offiziell erst am 04.07.2020 erscheinen, sind nicht gestattet.

Infos zum Turnier / Location
Das Turnier findet in den Kellergewölben der AXA Schaffhausen statt. Es hat diverse Parkplätze in der Stadt, die am Sonntag kostenlos sind, jedoch auch von den Einwohnern genutzt werden. Wir empfehlen die Anreise via Bahn. Vom Hauptbahnhof Schaffhausen sind es keine 5 Gehminuten zu der Turnierlocation.
Die Toiletten befinden sich in den Geschäftsräumlichkeiten - aus dem Grund sind diese nicht einfach so begehbar. Zwischen den Spielen hat es Zeit, um die Sanitäreinrichtungen zu besuchen, welche dann speziell geöffnet werden.

Geraucht darf in der Location nicht, vor der Location stehen Aschenbecher bereit.

CORONA RULES
The Tournament will be held in a bigger basement of the AXA Insurance Schaffhausen. There will be 4 big, long Tables and an additional single table. 4 peoples can play on each long table, 2 on each tableend. Like this, it is possible to keep the safety distance between each playergroup.

Since the playing group (a player and his opponent) can’t keep the safety distance to each other, according to the BAG Rules, we need to note down the First- and second Name, and a mobile phone number from each participant, for the worst-case scenario. If you do not want to share these information’s, we are sorry to say, that you can not take part in this tournament.
There will be sanitizer, please use it.
We cannot provide safety masks for all participants. If you prefer to wear a safety mask, please bring one on your own.

According to the BAG, handshake and other body contact is not allowed. Please try to not touch the figures, cards or boards of your opponent, and if you want to cut cards, please let the owner of the deck do so.
If you are not feeling well, or have sickness symptoms (any kind of), please stay home and inform the ORGA.
It is forbidden to eat and smoke in the basement itself. You can smoke outside of the location.
We provide all kind of non-alcoholic drinks for CHF 2.50, which can be consumed in the basement.
For lunch there are lots of possibility’s in the City of Schaffhausen, in not even 5 minutes’ walk (McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, Take Aways etc.).

Proxys / Printed Cards / Dice / Choice of Board
We allow alternate/proxy figures. They must be assembled completely, and it should be visible, who they each represent, and as best, the name (or part of it) should be noted down on the base. If you only made smaller changes (other Weapons, other Headchoices etc.) you do not need to note the name on the base. If the figures are totally different as what they should be (example Tzaangors as Cursebreaker), please contact in advance the ORGA with pictures, to get the allowance.

Offical Warhammer Underworld Cards, copies are allowed, but make shure they are not visible! Use Sleeves. The rules for "Restricted Lists" are in effect.
Only official Warhammer Underworld Dice. Dice that fall from the table or are not lying flat, need to be rerolled. Dice trays are allowed, but if a player decides to use a tray, all dice that didn’t land in the tray, need to be rerolled. Your opponent can choose, if he wants to use your tray or not.

The player, that lost the rolloff for the first board, automatically counts as having won the rolloff for the second game, and can choose, if he wants to put the board first or second.

All warbands inkl. Dreadfane which are for sale until the 03.07.2020 are allowed. Warbands (and their cards) that have their official, first date of sale on the 04.07.2020, are not allowed.

Additional information’s to the tournament / location
The tournament will be held in the basement of the AXA Schaffhausen. There are lots of parking spaces in the city, which are for free on Sunday, but can be used from the ppl of Schaffhausen too. We suggest taking the train. The tournament location is in reachable in not even 5 minutes by foot from the train station Schaffhausen.

The toilets are in the office of the AXA. Because of that, they are not freely accessible. There is enough time during the breaks between the games, where they will be opened.
