Full paint, WYSIWYG.
Non GW and scratch-built are warmly welcome.

Tables 72x48 inches.
Terrain set up by referees, ETC maps of terrain on the table.

Army size - 1500 points. Open rosters.
Army restrictions – none (apart from not allowing spec-characters).
You will not get very far here with cookie cut builds which tend to draw your games in this system, because…

Each game consists of two halves.

First one – the players swap armies. Simple as. You play a game with the army your opponent has brought to the table.
Second half - you go to the other side of the table and play another game, this time with your own army.
You add up the results of the two games, et voila.

Scoring of each half-game, 100 difference per point;

0-100 – 10-10
101-200 – 11-9
201-300- 12-8
301-400 – 13-7
401-500 – 14-8
501-600 – 15-5
601-700 – 16-4
701-800 – 17-3
801-900- 18-2
901-1000 – 19-1
1000+ - 20-0

You can score 40 points on each of your opponents, 200 points in tournament total.

The ETC players should find it easy to cut out 1500 points from their 200-2500 points ETC armies.

Input from countries where this system was used as ETC selection method (Russia, Finland) and Poland, where such tournaments were held – is highly appreciated.

It’s a fantastic system not only because I thought it up.
Its only draw back – players are asked to cut down the alcohol intake, so as not to drop figures on the ground.

No entry restrictions, members of the ETC teams who wish to take part have priority.
The size and price of the venue – arranged with the organizer.
Intuitive size limit – 250 participants (limited by terrain rather than tables), price – as low as possible.
Organizers should provide tables, ETC terrains, a computer and a Night Watchman in the hall.
