P-ID Invitational - Tournament Schedule and Scoring

The venue:

We have 2 different locations: one for gaming and drinking too much and one for sleeping, eating and, well ... drinking too much.

The sleeping address:

These two places are at about 5 minutes walking distance apart, so I suggest walking from one place to another. Of course, alternative ways of traveling from one place to an other can be arranged in case of broken limbs, incredible hangovers and the like. In order to arrive at the sleeping place, you will have no other option than to travel a few hundred meters over "Militair domein", area restricted to soldiers only. Do not worry however, just ignore the big "no acces allowed" signs.

Friday April 4:

People who chose the all-inclusive formula are welcome on Friday April 4, 2008, from about 10 am. If you want to avoid having to help out with setting up tables, we suggest arriving after 6 pm.
19.00: Welcome food

Saturday April 5:

8.45-9.30: Breakfast (all-inclusive only)
9.45: We close the sleeping hall due to logistic issues.

10.00: Start of first game. Beer and other beverages will be available at all times at the bar.
12.30: End of first game, lunch break (food will be provided, no extra charge for all inclusive)

13.30: Start of second game
16.00: End of second game, afternoon snack, made by the magnificent P-ID ladies.

16.30: Start of third game
19.00: End of gaming day 1.

19.30-... : Barbeque (all-inclusive only)
21.30-... : Evening entertainment, with board games, movies, beer tasting event, ...


Sunday April 6:

8.45-9.30: Breakfast (all-inclusive only)
10.00: We close the sleeping hall.
We have to vacate the sleeping place before noon, and understand it is a little silly for people who come by train/plane to carry their bags to the gaming area. Make sure everything is packed, and we will bring the bags for you.

10.00: Start of fourth game.
12.30: Lunch break (food will be provided, no extra charge for all inclusive)

13.15: Start of fifth game
15.45: End of fifth game, afternoon snack, made by the magnificent P-ID ladies.

16.00: Results, declaration of bragging rights, and wishes for a good trip home.


Practical:

Price rate 1: The all-in , deluxe version: 45 Euros.

This includes:

-Welcome food (probably something like soup and bread) on Friday night
-Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
-Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
-An all-in BBQ, Saturday evening
-A delicious snack made by the P-ID ladies, Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
-Beverages of all kinds throughout the entire tournament.

-A mattress and a bed, military style. You still need to bring your own sleeping bag, but extra blankets will be available if necessary.
-Our sanitary facilities are quite limited, but we have sinks and showers, and we will keep them clean. An hour-long beauty treatment will not be possible, but there's enough to keep your body odours under control.

-all-areas pass to the first P-ID invitational.

Price rate 2: The economy version: 9 Euros

This version includes just the tournament, nothing more. We will provide the possibility to buy food and drinks at democratic prices.
