*** Anreise und parken ***

Die Lokalität kann mit verschiedenen Verkehrsmitteln einfach erreicht werden und bietet auch die Möglichkeit einer Übernachtung (nicht im Turnierbetrag enthalten) an.

* Der Bahnhof "Kalsdorf" ist 25m vom Veranstaltungsort entfernt (quer über die Straße)

* Der Flughafen Graz-Thalerhof ist ca 5 km entfernt. Teilnehmer, welche via Flugzeug anreisen wollen, können sich dort ein Taxi nehmen oder ggf. auch von der Turnierorga abgeholt werden.

* Mittels Auto über die Autobahn A9 - Autobahnabfahrt "Kalsdorf". Je nachdem ob ihr von Süden (Slowenien) oder Norden (Salzburg/Wien) anreist, müsst ihr bei der Abfahrt von Süden nach rechts, bei der Abfahrt von Norden nach Links (Richtung Osten). Dort bis zum ersten Kreisverkehr, bei dem ihr die erste Ausfahrt nehmt. Danach folgt ihr der Straße bis zu einer Unterführung, nach der ihr gleich rechts einbiegt und zu eurer Linken dann schon das Gasthaus seht. Parkplätze sind am Turnierort zur Genüge vorhanden.

*** Verpflegung und Unterkunft ***

Wie bei allen Steirischen Meisterschaften gibt es auch diesmal wieder an beiden Tagen ein Mittagsbuffet, welches im Nenngeld enthalten ist. Getränke sind selbst zu bezahlen.
Sollte eine Unterkunft gewünscht werden, hilft euch die Turnierleitung gerne dabei eine Unterkunft zu finden. Normalerweise sollten Turnierort ausreichend Zimmer vorhanden sein.

Die Teilnahmegebühr inkludiert Mittagsbuffet für beide Spieltage. (Wie bereits erwähnt sind auch Vegetarische Menüs ohne Probleme möglich - schreibe uns einfach eine E-Mail!)


Von den Teilnehmern mitzubringen sind:

+ 2 Listen einer Fraktion je 50 Punkte mit unterschiedlichen Warcastern/Warlocks. Jede Liste muss mindestens einmal gespielt werden.
Die standardmäßigen Character Restrictions nach SR2014 sind zu beachten. Dieselbe Version eines Modells mit Field Allowance "C" darf daher über alle Listen gerechnet nur einmal vorkommen.
Es sind nur die Modelle erlaubt, die bis zum 13. September 2014 auch schon regulär käuflich zu erwerben sind. Prereleases sind nicht erlaubt. Proxies sind in Ausnahmefällen gestattet, doch es muss die Turnierleitung/der Gegenspieler/die Gegenspielerin VOR dem Turnier/Spiel darüber informiert werden. Die geproxten Modelle müssen eindeutig erkennbar sein und dieselbe Basegröße wie das Originalmodell besitzen. Die Regeln der Modelle müssen beim Turnier vorhanden sein.

+ Maßband, Würfel, Schablonen, Karten und Tokens für Focus bzw. Fury und sonstige Spieleffekte. Alle Tokens sollten der Übersicht halber bei ihren entsprechenden Modellen/Einheiten platziert werden.

+ War Room darf verwendet werden. Der Gegenspieler bzw. die Gegenspielerin darf jedoch höflich verlangen, dass man bei seinem bzw. ihrem Spiel auf War Room verzichtet. Daher müssen die Originalkarten (in physischer Form) IN JEDEM FALL verfügbar sein.

Es gibt keine Bemalpflicht, Frontarc-Markierungen sollten vorhanden sein. Sind sie es nicht wird im Zweifel gegen das Modell ohne Markierung entschieden!

*** Arrival and parking ***

The event location is the function room of an inn, where a lot of tournaments have been held, and that can be arrived on serveral ways.

* the train station "Kalsdorf" is 25 meters away of the inn (on the opposite side of the road)

* the airport "Graz-Thalerhof" is 5 km away - so if anyone wants to come by plane, you can either take a cab, or we can offer you a shuttle to the location

* the motorway A9 exit "Kalsdorf". If you are coming from the south (slovenia), you have to head right at the exit, if you are coming from the north (salzburg, vienna) you have to head left at the exit. Then follow the road until you reach the first roundabout, where you take the first exit and follow the road again until you pass an underbridge. After the underbridge you turn right and can see the inn on the left side of the road. There should be enough free parking lots for every visitor.


*** Catering and accomodation ***

Like on all styrian championship tournaments, there will be a lunch buffet on both days, that is included in the entry fee. Drinks have to be paid individually.
If you need accomodation, the EO would love to help you find something proper. There should also be rooms available at the event place (price for accomodation is not included in participation fee).

Participation fee includes lunch buffet for both days. (Like previously mentioned we can offer vegetarian meals as well - just write us an e-mail!)

Players should bring:

+ 2 lists á 50 pts with different Warcasters/Warlocks of a single faction. Each list has to be played at least once.
Players cannot include the same version of a model or unit with FA C in more than one list.
Allowed are only models that are officially released till September 13th 2014. Prereleased models are not permitted. Proxies for existing models are permitted in exceptional cases but the player has to inform the tournament organizers AND his/her opponents before the start of the tournament/game. The proxed models must be unmistakeabley recognizable and must use the same base size as the original model. The rules of the models have the be present at the tournament.

+ Tape measure, dice, templates, cards, tokens for focus/fury and all other relevant game effects. Tokens should be placed next to the model/unti that is affected for the sake of clarity.

+ Players can use War Room for reference and damage tracking. Although, the opponent can politely demand that you should not use War Room. Therefore, each player HAS TO bring the original cards (in physical form).

There is no painting requirement, but you should put front arc - marks on your models. If a model doesn't have those marks the EO will in doubt judge against those model(s).
